It's a small hotel in suburb area of Phitsanulok, near Central. Parking is pretty good, inside the facility and safe. The room is a bit small, but clean. The light is too dim in the room to few comfortable.
The bed is pretty comfortable, but the pillow is not well support. There are only two pillows. Unfortunately, when I ask for additional pillow, they charge 50 Baht per pillow. It disappointed me, consider I paid 490 Baht for the room and I expect at least I should get a comfortable place to sleep in.
The water is very slow drain when I take shower. I report to the staff, and she told me that it is normal. I disagree, no drain should be this slow. It make a mess in the restroom because the water is overflow to other area on the restroom. Another disappointment, another star deduced.
Don't expect to get breakfast with this price, and that is ok for me. The air condition is good. The internet is pretty fast.
I should mention that after I express my disappointment with the draining issue, the staff did offer free pillows for what ever reason. I did not take it thou.
If you have a car, then this hotel is ok. It pretty far from the main street, and may not safe to walk into. If you want a room for just sleep over, and don't expect any thing else, it probably be good for you.
