I enjoy taking the river boat to this place. It's about an hour away from Central Bangkok by boat. What I like is its not a normal tourist destination. It's more rustic and no western style food. I normally don't eat much of the street food but have ventured from time to time depending on the food. They have two small 7 eleven to get a drink. They have an all day wet market but more options are available later in the day.

Although it is called Memorial Park, it's not a place to come with the kids for a picnic. It's a clock tower in a patch of grass surrounded by shrubs. The clock tower, a local attraction, is an extremely large erection topped by an oversized cock. It tells time accurately though, so feel free to set your watch to it. Several 7-Elevens nearby.

The clock tower is located next to the river express pier and the old city hall. Yummy food can be found around this place. Very local wet market is in the walking distance. Nothing much fancy but it's great to see the local lives.

Nice view. It is land mark of Nontaburi. Good location, besides Chao Praya river. Has car park, look beautiful during night time. There are many street foods shop in the evening around this area, good taste, good price
