Room is ok. Cheap price, but poor facility. No hair dryer in the room and not available upon request as well. The blanket for extra bed is so thin, we asked fir the extra blanket but we were asked to pay !!!

Friendly staffs. Located a bit far from the city. The room quite simple and not soundproof. We can hear the noice from everywhere either corridor, ceiling, the room next door. By the time we there, there was no bell boy to carry our luggages. There were many parking in front of the hotel. There were two buildings for hotel side and long term apartment side. Each building were 7 story high. The big convention hall located at the second building that separate from the hotel. The breakfast was okay. Overall okay.

1. It's relatively cheaper But Good service.
2. The WiFi is pretty reliable and fast, a luxurious treat, considering that it doesn't happen in many countries' hotels, actually.
3. It's quite so a good night sleep is possible.
4. The cleaning staff is friendly, though they don't speak any English, they try hard to serve you when you have extra requirement.

We checked in at around noon and we requested an extra pillow for our son. We waited for a couple of minutes before we made a follow up call as my son is about to take a nap at that moment (and of course, so were we/the parents). A staff wasn't that polite and hospitable at all saying "I didn't forget that, you just have to wait" Her English was great but the attitude was exactly the opposite. A chambermaid came 10 minutes before my son woke up. She was nice though, again, very opposite with the staff I've talked on the phone. Never coming back and not recommending. And oh! The receptionist said that the hotel doesn't have a pool. Confused because it says in the website that they have an outdoor pool. :(

My wife and I stayed one night on our way to Bangkok from Chiang Mai. We had a light dinner in the cafe and the breakfast buffet in the morning. All in all this hotel was a good stop over and we felt comfortable.

Here's my suggestion for the breakfast buffet. Try pairing down your selections. But look for foods that are truly outstanding. Your Fresh fruits and vegetables are good. But the coffee, toast, jam etc. we're well below par. I'm a vegetarian so many of your Thai dishes are off limits.

My suggestion, Why not go for the very best quality on a few items. Thai Royal project coffee, find the best bakery in the Nakhon Sawan and use their products.

Just having a few really great, memorable food items on your menu can leave a lasting impression and make people want to come back.

Comfortable clean room. And was actually blown away that there was a pool buffet and made to order egg station. Selection was good and tasty

I came to Grandhill Resort and Spa for a conference. The Room is clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful and accommodating. The hotel is good for short stay. Food and facilities could do some improvement for swimming pool seem to smell rust and when visitors go for a swim the excess water from the pool seems to flood the driveway. Also, there isn't any pool shower. So you will end up swimming directly without pre-swimming shower. Meanwhile, the food served is not really Muslim friendly so I have to specially request for vegan food which was given to me by the smiling staff which is the best point.
