Donot take a room on 3the floor we had room 320 and next to it is the staff room. Banging the door up to 22.00 all day.
After 2 days complane still doing.

Did not really understand English speaking tourist. So room service was unavailable. Same went with spa did not understand what we wanted so did not get what we wanted. Restaurant was not fully serviced as they moved everything to cater for convention that was being held in another building co could only order a limited menu

Nice hotel conveniently located in central NS. Ample parking spaces. Large spacious and clean room. Lots of storage space. Very comfortable bed with 2 pillows each. Large bathroom with a good walk in shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Check in and check out was seamless. Good breakfast with large selection for everyone. Great value for money. Highly recommended. ????????????????

Big rooms. Beds are a bit firm but not the hardest I've slept on. No safe in room. Also missing was electric kettle and everything else required to make tea and coffee. However there is a coffee shop that is open all day in the lobby. Draw your own conclusions. Breakfast was ok. Almost all Thai food. While not located in what I would consider to be a downtown area there are good restaurants nearby

Good value for money
Conveniently located on the main highway

Location dilemma - Best for people who want to stop overnight on their journey onward the northern part. However, it's not for someone who might also want to see the city proper and experience the local neighborhood. If you're in a rush, this is a good option. But if you have more time to explore the city a bit more, I'd suggest other hotels located inside the city near the park.

Very decent business style hotel. Bed was comfortable but duvet could be thicker. Shower was strong and amenities provided were sufficient for a night's stay. Plenty of parking available.
