It doesn't matter where you stay in Thailand if you go out for a walk in the morning you're bound to run into a market and that's what happened to me this morning. This place is absolutely massive anything you could possibly want meat produce Dry Goods cooked Foods bakery items they've got it all.

The biggest fresh food market, as far as I know, in Korat. Big selection of fruit and vegetables, and a very good selection of meat - especially pork - and some fish. This is the place to go if you want a decent piece of pork belly or some long ribs for the BBQ. Also around it there are loads of shops supplying everything a street food vendor needs. Also an amazing place to watch the skilled guys butchering pork (if you get there at the right time).

Large local market in Korat. It is very busy in the early morning hours, later it gets more quiet. Features sections for various goods. From fresh meat products to beetle nuts to jewelry. There is also a food section where you can get something to eat fresh or take home for eating there. Not a tourist market, so expect the real trade going on here. Certainly not the place to go for shopping tourist souvenirs.

Meats, vegetables, fruits, deserts available in many shops. Slightly higher prices for alll, but it locates in the convenient place. Car parking is limited in the evening. After 7 pm, many junk-food shops will join along the parking.

Very good market, just a few hundred meters from The Mall. . Quiet atmosphere and an excellent range of meat, fruit u0026 veg, ready to eat takeaway meals, some clothing and household items too. . Not very clean, but very reasonable prices.
