Can’t complain at all, great service, great atmosphere. Usually pretty busy. After a few beers you will leave meeting some awesome people.

Tawan Daengs are an institution and Korat is right up there for a great night out. Expect it to be packed if there's a special act on the card. Service is very sharp, you won't go thirsty! The food is good. The decor deliciously Gothic but I'm not sure if that was intended. It's a must do in Thailand. BTW even if there's no big act on you'll be treated to a great night of entertainment by top class musicians and a great stage show.

One of my favorite places with a great atmosphere live bands performing heaps of Thai hits and cheap great food and drinks... a place i frequent often to soak in the Thai atmosphere.
