Western travelers will feel comfortable here. The free breakfast is a lot Thai, but there is cold cereal, eggs, toast and fresh fruit.
The shower is nice with a rain head, but ask for additional shower mats the floors can be slippery when wet.
Can't say anything but good about the staff here, polite, eager to serve, and helpful.

Coming from Bangkok, it is conveniently the first major hotel, right off the main road. This hotel has been in existence for 30+ years and is where I normally stay at whenever I'm in Korat, since the 1990's. During my last stay, I had a medical emergency and they were able to go above and beyond normal service, arguably saving my life. I was already a loyal customer, and now even more so. There are newer hotels now, but none better, due largely to the outstanding staff. I give it my highest recommendation.

Ordered a few grocery deliveries and dinner for my husband that was feeling really unwell so couldn’t pick up the food personally. So I called the hotel 3x from Singapore, hoping that they could do me a kind favor by bringing it up to his room. The concierge over the phone told me he will bring the food up but the food was still at the concierge at 1130pm until a kind friend brought it up even though all the deliveries were already there at 7pm. The food was already inedible due to food hygiene reasons. I am not going to give a bad rating just because I am disappointed, I just hope the management will look into this matter.

Little old but clean and calm, kind and good-manner staffs. Nice breakfast at wide restaurant. Reasonable prices and services.
If you visit Korat, I recommend you stay at this hotel within 2~3 nights.

Really enjoyed my short stay here but didnt get to enjoy pool or fitness areas. Would love to return. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Very nice room with bath tub and large sofa.
