Walk in for 500 baht. A medium sized room with good wifi, OK a/c as it goes no lower than 18°, good bed OK pillows. The balcony is wonderful for drying clothes. Bathroom fine. You do got to walk up stairs, in my case 4 flights. I the location is excellent. I've stayed here before and will probably again.

Excellent hotel in great location. Really clean throughout, with great restaurant where the food is excellent and cheap, albeit a bit basic, but I love rice and noodles! Very friendly and helpful manageress. I also loved the small collection of toys and artefacts on display in the lobbies, really interesting and a nice change to the usual boring hotel lobbies! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Great location, fantastic value. This is my go to place when in Korat. I have been coming here for years and the place is awesome. Staff is great and with the exception of a few hospital rooms the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious. A little outside road noise but in the city that's near impossible to avoid. 100% recommended. Happy travels..

In the reception three are no seats and table available. More inside there are 4 seats. Guests cannot enter the hotel with their shoes on. They have to wear the hotel shoes and that is a health issue as I have bad fungus on my feet that can transmit to others as well as other can transmit to me. When needed to put ours shoes on, we cannot seat to do so, have to do it seated on the floor and standing up. I saw some cockroaches in the corridors, stairs and on the bed. The cleaners come very quickly to make a new bed.
There are no bedside tables with light. The pillows are too high for people with neck problems, could be fitted with two size pillows for each guest. I had problems with that.
Guests cannot enter the hotel after 8pm.
Failed to give the receipt to the guests, we had to ask for it next day on checkout.
There are no emergency lights, We got going upstairs when the light went off, no light source on stairs plus corridor including no light from windows.
The receptionist gets closed to us to measure the temperature and no permission asked.

Very new and clean with a nice inexpensive cafe on site. 50 baht for pad Kapow moo with a fried egg.

June 2015 a very clean, tidy hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. We stayed in the cheapest room @ 450 baht but it was a good size with a/c, a fan and a nice bed and pillows, room was also nice and quiet. There's good food at the in-house restaurant too.

Walk in at 1am and got a huge ensuite double bed room with petite bathroom at THB450. Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the famous monument and a huge local market. Opposite the local market, there is a song Taew station where you can get multiple route.
