Dirty carpet, bed mattress hard as a rock, bathroom dirty and bathtub broken. Dusty Aircon. Drinking Water in the room was undrinkable and there was an opened water bottle in the fridge. Overall not a pleasant experience.

Disappointed. Room smelled bad...30 years out of date. No hot water. Room service had nothing listed on the menu.

Bad...flood at hotel level 3..my pant wet and floor slippery...
Room phone malfunction...
No water boiler...bad...
I cannot imagine how is the food like..
Matress so uncomfortable...and i dont think its worth to stay for the amount i paid

I stayed here with my family many times. It's a good, budget-friendly and clean hotel with a good location, nice park view and friendly staff.

For the hotel restaurant. Although there are only 50% of customer in restaurant, the food still slow. Nevertheless, staffs are attentive and the taste of food is good.

Clean hotel, a little out of place though for food and shopping. Has a nice lake in front of hotel. Good for walk or jog.
