New and clean apartments, friendly staff. If you rent monthly you get it for a good price. But it's better you have a basic of thai language, coz the staff can't understand much English.

This place so clean, convenience and silent. I been stay here every time when I came to Korat. Price is very reasonable or can say it so cheap when compare to what you get.
The owner was so nice and their staff so helpful.

Rooms are nice and staff is friendly. There is a 7/11 200m away.
