We stayed here with our friends and family for 2 nights.This is a bit old building and has all the amenities. The resort is situated near to the beach.
The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.
The pool is clean. The staff is very courteous.
The cleanliness is maintained in the entire resort.
Because you have many tress and plants around..You have mosquitoes.
The restaurant provides complimentary breakfast. There is lunch and dinner also available but we never tried.
The reception staff were courteous enough to provide us details of places of visit and also informed us that they can arrange for a cab if we require.
Overall we had a good comfortable stay.

Good location (both beaches ca 5-10 min walk) nice pools, even small playground for children, big room ( "-" is that you hear everything whats going on next rooms), our room was near pool- perfect, very good breakfast. Enjoyed it!

Horrible, please avoid this, we stayed only one night even if we have reversation for 6nights and we lost all the money. We preferred to find another hotel.
The room looks very bad, have old furniture, and is dirty, the wifi works bad, also you can here a lot of noise from outisde.
The staff it's not helpful at all, they didn't tell us how to use the wifi or give key for the old safe in the room.
The AC also works bad, couldn't find a proper temperature to set.

Large but noisy rooms due to its location on the main road. Large glass walls mean no privacy. Thin walls between rooms. Fines for removing water bottles or towels from the room.

Good breakfast buffet, large pool that needs to be cleaned. There is also a small room with a ping pong table and there is a small park for children in a lush garden.

Rooms were very large, others noted a little dated but I found it to be more than adequate for 7 days. Great pool area, wifi no issues in our room. All staff friendly grounds kept clean, Cheap Pad Thai for lunch.

Fantastic location giving good access to both beaches without being right in the main hustle.

I would stay again if visiting Ao Nang

1.Behaviour of staffs is very pathetic and rude .
2. The don't have proper door for the room to maintain the privacy..they have only the glass doors which also is a transparent one ..this is the worst part of the stay
3. Assets available at room or reception was too old ..you can see damage sign everywhere
4. as this hotel is very close proximity to some of the islands , their charged is little high ...we will definitely get good hotels with same budget and also in same locality .
5. Very poor customer service ...food available at restaurant was not good compare to food available at nearby market
6. Price charged at restaurant was too high ...water bottle , rice

My incident

1. We were misunderstood the check-out time and presumed it was at 2 pm but actually it was at 12 pm ...when they inquired with us , we requested for additional 15 minutes but they didn't allow ..it was very difficult for us to packed our 2 bags within 5 minutes time

Probably , they will defend or argue by way posting their comment on it ...don't go by their words

I have some mixed feelings about this hotel. Do here is Pros and Cons:

Pros:
-Welcoming, attentive staff that willing to fix small issues in no time.
- Clean, spacious rooms with safe.
- Good selection of breakfast.
- Huge outdoor pool.
- Close to beach areas, bars and shops.

Cons:
- I was locked a couple of times in the room because of the faulty door locker (they changed the locker after that);
- old AC unit doesn't work properly (it does it's job but not fully controlled)
- smoking is allowed outside and cigarette smoke sometimes gets inside of rooms
- salty water in the bathroom and bad air ventilation
- only one set of keys per room for two or more quests,
- no "remember me" for room's WiFi (need to login every single time) and speed is quite slow for my liking.
