The hotel and the staff was amazing
We we're a family and we're visiting after the COVID, because of which not a lot of people were staying in the hotel at this time. We were given the ground floor rooms with the swimming pool entry right outside our room. The ground floor pool is very unique and beautifully made.
The hotel has two swimming pool one on the ground and the other on the top floor. The rooms were clean and nice. The location is also great as it's just walking distance from the beach and other attractions. We were really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend and come again here

We got a room upgrade to one the pool rooms due to a bad experience in another hotel. -directly in front of your room. Open the door and splash :-).
Nice and clean. Personnel as always really friendly but did not speak english. So the hotel manager came and arranged everything. She was absolutely friendly and helped wherever she could.
During our dinner, 5 persons where serving us and took care that we get everything required. Amazing experience what you won't get without Corona and more guests in the hotel! I think 16 of the over 200 rooms where booked. A pity for the tourism here.

Good Luck Thailand. I do hope tourists come back, but maybe not so much as 3 years ago.

*SCAM HOTEL AVOID*

I booked this hotel for one night in January 2022. When we arrived the lights were off and the doors were locked. I called the number we had and was told they were closed and we would have to stay in a completely different hotel a short drive away.

They gave us directions to this other hotel and the receptionist had no idea we would be arriving. We were told to wait and he disappeared.

We sat in reception for 40 minutes with no explanation. Eventually we were shown to a room which was nothing like the one we had booked.

The hotel we ended up in was very run down, no showers at the swimming pool. Strong chemical smell everywhere. We were given a weak apology the following morning, but still had to pay full price!!

One of the worst hotel experiences I've had.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

Amazing hotel, especially considering the prices. Rooms are big, cleaned every day, staff is very very nice and welcoming; ground pool is in shades from the building so it’s a bit cooler (good when its warm ourside), roof pool is warmer and also very nice.
Breakfast is currently served in another hotel across the street and it is decent; there is a buffe, but also dish selection from menu (15ish dishes)
Gym is also available in that other hotel; it has basic stuff, suitable for cardio but does not hve so many weights; there is a really well equipted gym nearby (additional charge, not connected to hotel)
Hotel is near both beaches and also there is a 7-eleven nearby

All in all, this is so far the best hotel i’ve been in in Thailand in this price range (payed double the amount for some hotels and they were not nearly as good)

Staff are very nice and welcoming.
Breakfast bufet is rich.
Rooms are nice, but we had some issues that could have been easily checked prior to handing us the room card. The toilet was sometimes automatically flushing several times. The hot water was cold and we wasted a morning waiting for the staff to fix it so we could take a shower. The lighting is poor in the room when it's dark outside.
Otherwise a fair experience.

Its a nice hotel. It has two pools one on the roof and one on the ground floor. Ground floor rooms have access to the pool from their balcony. Room was nicely made up and the staff is very friendly.
The bad.
The daily cleaning was pretty lacking. The wifi was terrible which may or may not be a big deal to you.
I would stay here again. I would probably give it a 3.5 if i could.
