The owners are very nice. The prices of the scooter are 50-70 baht per day as compared to small shops. But you can trust them with your passport and ride quality. Over all a good place to hire bikes in Krabi town

The couple running the business are only focused on money.

My bathroom was infested with cockroaches. But when I complained she suggested I speak to cleaning lady who handed me an aerosol can to spray them with instead of resolving the issue permanently.

No friendly customer service unless they want a positive review from you which was what happened to me on the day I was leaving. I was not assisted with my luggage (a huge and heavy suitcase and one carry on bag, also extremely heavy) but instead the brown nosing began just so they could gain positive reviews from me after I struggled with my luggage climbing down one lengthy staircase whist both could hear the banging of the luggage but chose to ignore.

The man kicked me out of his souvenir shop because they had apparently closed yet lights and doors were open and on with no indication of being closed.
Very aggressive and rude!

Asking the woman for directions is a waste of time because she will only recommend her tour guides instead of directing me to pickup that take you to beaches at less than half the price.
Rooms are basic but towels are worn and should be disposed of.

Spent one night in November 2018. Nice place to spend one or two nights in the city center of Krabi. Easy to book ferry and the shuttle could lift you at the pier.
Mattresses are really strong. Maybe not the best place for people with back pain...

We booked and paid a canoe tour. It was to start the next morning, but no one showed up to get us. We went to complain and were promised a tour the next day. No one showed up either.

We had no time to go to the police to complain, because our flight was to start. We did not lose a lot of money but two days of our trip.

It probably was not the agencys fault, because they just arrange and don't conduct the service themselves. But in the future they should arrange tours with different companies.

Comfortable and clean hotel, included breakfast is fine. Stuff are ready to help you. Location is great.

Good hotel for its category. Rooms were clean and wide enough. Mattress ok. The wifi would fail very often. Ok for a night stay

Good place. Jainun is kind.
And that room is clean. Near market.
So good.
