Staff were super helpful, and we felt taken care of. Lots of good advice, good deals on tours and great location. Knocked down a star because Wi-Fi in the room didn't work and making the bed consisted of pulling the covers up - I mean we didn't expect much, but if you're going to make the bed then make the bed - or just don't.

Booked a day ahead via Agoda and when we showed up, they had no record of us and were full. They unfortunately couldn't speak enough English to communicate with Agoda to address the problem and don't seem to even have a computer at their "front desk" (a table stand right on the sidewalk). Nice people but be aware, booking with them could lead to complications (we ended up having to find another hotel ourselves).

We came here with the family and enjoyed really big family room for staying with kids in the city center near the street food market. Great destination for the trips to Tiger Cave Temple or beaches around Krabi.

(+) spacious double bed with bathroom--same as in photos
(+) hairdryer and towel provided, handheld shower--no need to bring shower cap
(+) can book tour package or taxi at front desk
(+) laundry, thai massage and nail salon at ground floor
(+) nearby wet market, night market, weekend market, vogue dept.store, 7-eleven, cafes and songthaew stop to ao nang--prime location ????

(-) stairs, can be exhausting after climbing the tiger cave ???? ????
