i really can’t say enough about this place. pretty impressed from the moment my wife and i walked up. greeted by the owner showed us the menu, not pushy like the rest of the restaurants on the strip. nice to see the owner confident and proud of his establishment and his food speaks for its self. so welcoming. as we walked up stairs we were greeted by the well trained staff that obviously were just as happy to be there as i was. refreshing! the menu was easy to navigate. our drink order was taken and when the drinks showed up some complimentary bread (still warm from the oven i may add) did too. some oil and balsamic vinegar made short work of that. my wife had the caprese salad which had the most perfectly ripened tomatoes you could imagine with tons of fresh mozzarella cheese and basil and amazing vinaigrette sauce. i had the spinach and ricotta cheese ravioli that was cooked to perfection. SO GOOD! the restaurant is open air and has plenty of fans to keep guests cool. be sure to keep your eye open for this gem of a restaurant!
