I was in Ao Nang Beach - Krabi from December2021 to March 2022. I was scuba diving with my buddies at Aqua Vision. This was not my first trip nor will it be my last. I had over 90 dives this season with Alexey and Igor and other fun divers. I was on the boat most days and got to watch new students experience diving for the first time I also watched divers learn rescue and tech diving taught by Alexey. I had a great time and logged my 500th dive. The Andaman Dream is a great dive boat with a crew that looks after you well and gets you to the sites safely and quickly. The dive sites are great with lots to see whether you like exploring the corals and walls or venturing onto the sand to explore there is something for everyone. If you want to learn to dive in warm clean water or just wish to fun dive with divers from around the world I recommend Aqua Vision. You wont be disappointed.

I am a novice-but-getting-better solo Open Water diver and was just looking for a mellow dive to settle into a few days of vacation in Krabi after a week of work in Bangkok. I randomly chose AquaVision and was super pleased! They were communicative, kind and even offered to pick me up from my hotel in Kluong Muang. Its obvious that this was the off season and that the whole tourism industry is only starting to recover from the pandemic, but the whole Aqua Vision team were passionate and ready to have a great day underwater. I felt safe, secure and really supported by Alexei and Rina. Alexei was my dive guide, and so passionate about showing me things underwater and explaining once we were back on the boat. We nerded out for the whole ride home and I got plenty of great recommendations for my future dive trips. AquaVision may not have a ton of "frills" at first glance, but they are authentic, safe and passionate about what they do. Highly recommend, and would dive with them again. Thanks, ya'll!

Firstly, before starting our holiday to Thailand we Googled quite a few diving shops in Ao Nang, for prices, dates etc as you do, and Aqua vision were the first to reply with all the information we needed to do our dives, we are qualified divers but they do try dives for people that have never dived before, Alexie (the owner) was thoroughly helpful and because of the great communication (via email) we decided to place our deposits to secure our dives. When we arrived at the diving centre we met Rina(the owners wife), she was just amazing also, she spent so much time with us, Rina was accommodating she even gave us a bit of history about Ao Nang, there was no rush even so we must have spent at least a couple of hours there just chatting... what can I say... Customer service was above and beyond at Aqua Vision they have such a fantastic team the instructors are very accommodating they work at your pace and make to you feel very safe. I would highly recommend this diving shop to anyone, they organise local pick up to and from your resort to the boats where your instructor will be waiting for you, there instructors speak different languages so communication is easy.
On your dive everything is explained so you know what you are doing at all times and lunch was included with our dive.
Thank you Aqua Vision for all your support, time and effort you have given to us, we look forward to seeing you next year.

Disgusting service, boorish attitude towards customers. They ruined my vacation. The diving equipment was old and defective. I have never seen such an old and torn buoyancy compensator. The hose of the second stage was broken, immersion with such a hose is life threatening. The second stage did not work well, the air entered with difficulty, and drops of sea water fell along with the air. I had to use an octopus. I asked them to replace the equipment with a working one. They did not fulfill my request. In response to my complaints, their employee Dmitry brazenly replied that I got the equipment for free, so it’s so bad. But I paid the full price. In addition, they tricked me into giving me an English-speaking instructor, instead of a Russian-speaking one, which we had been told about. I wrote a complaint to them in PADI. Hope this helps to avoid accidents. I am a certified AOWD diver, I have experience in 30 dives in three countries, and I can say that Aqua Vision is a dangerous and poor diving center.

Great day of diving with Alexei and his team (especially second captain George :)

I did two fun dives to local islands and they were both very enjoyable. The booking process via WhatsApp was easy, and the pick up from my hotel was on time. The boat was well maintained, and crew were very friendly and helpful. I was provided with clean equipment, all in working order. Couldn't have asked for more from my day and would definitely use this company again if I return to Krabi.

3 excellent fun dives. My husband and I were a little nervous as it was 6 months since our open water certificate and we hadn't had a dive since. The team at Aqua vision completely put us at ease from start to finish with their professional relaxed manner. I thoroughly recommend this dive centre.

Diving was Great and evrybody was very nice, Dive instructer Peter was great, The guy with sunglasses.

If there is somthing to complain about its some BCD that soon need to change, but overall very good, we will come back very soon.
