Hotel itself is nice, but owner refuses to cooperate on getting our refund after we cancelled the booking together (because WiFi wasn't available).

I've been surprised how nice this hotel is! I travelled with my baby boy 2 years old, so booked for 1 night, and thought I'll find another one during this time! But the hotel is really new, the staff is really nice and polite , the owner always helped me with my baby! So I stayed here already 9 nights! So quiet and everything is new! This hotel just opened in December , so I really recommend it!

Stayed here for 2 nights only. Helpful staff, they managed our airport shuttle as well (it was hard to talk to them in English in some cases but that is quite the same in every place).
The rooms are big and tidy, the only issues I had with the shower. There is a sewage smell of some sort (no minus star because of this because I know that they cannot do anything against it) although the shower cabin has no sliding door just a glass pane which does not cover enough area, so after taking a shower it can get messy.
The food is quite nice (3 types of menu of which you can choose from - one of them is vegetarian - nice touch) but doesn't worth the 150 thb they are asking for it. You can get better and cheaper breakfasts if you are not lazy to walk a little bit further down the road.

Very nice staff, modern and clean rooms with okay beds. However, if you're not a really deep sleeper you'll want to either find another place to stay, or try a room on the back side. The noise from the road was way more annoying than expected, so we ended up moving out after the first night.

Excellent stay here, very helpful staff, large clean rooms, ten minute walk to the beach and some great restaurants nearby. Very good value and would certainly recommend to others, even had a free pool table too!
In house laundry service, again great value.
So good that we booked another night!

Stayed here in February. Initial room was not suitable but we're moved to another room and staff could not have been more helpful. Some construction work at the moment but all in all a very well run hotel and good value.

Stolen money from the room - staff helpless.

We are three girls traveling in Asia, when we arrived we were happly surprised about the kindness of the front desk staff, one of us got sick for 3 days and they were really helpful giving her bread and assistence.
Unfortunately what in the beginning seemed to be it wasn’t in the end: the housekeepers stole money from our room day by day for a total of 50€, the money where hidden in a small bag under the clothets in our backpacks, closed as weel. It is obvious that they had opened our bags looking for money. When we went to tell it to the front desk staff they weren’t surprised as this happened in this month 4 times already (but of course nobody told us when we arrived) but in the same time they told us that NOBODY can enter in the rooms (TOTALY WRONG BECAUSE EVERYONE FROM THE STAFF CAN ENTER IN EVERY ROOM).
But the worst thing was that when we asked to speak face to face with the menager about this they told us that he lives in Krabi ( only 20 minutes aways by car) and for this reason he wasn’t coming. Obviously we insisted, telling them that it was unacettable that someone from the staff is stealing money from thr rooms and nobody is giving a damn about it! To keep us quiet they told us that he was coming but guess what?? HE NEVER COME.
They left us without help and support and as we booked this hotel by booking we decided to inform the web site about it.
NEVER AGAIN IN THIS HOTEL! So be careful they seems all nice and kind but in the end they are thieves.
