Nice place to stay specially our room which is Palm Villa. Love love love it. Very quiet. Comfy. Privacy. Convinient to walk to the beach area. Have 7 Eleven next door. Restaurant all the way. Massage too. We didn't take breakfast so can't comment on that. Our room facing swimming pool and that make it more AWESOME. Really recommended guys...

It’s worse than the worst.
Such a bad hotel that you can’t even take rest properly in their rooms. Rooms are not clean.
So many insects (ants, cockroaches) crawling over the bed.
Dead cockroaches beneath the bed.
AC is not working properly.
Washroom’s condition is even worse.
Wash basin’s water doesn’t seeps or flushes out properly. It takes atleast 2-3 minutes for water to flush out from the basin till then whole basin gets filled with used water.
Very bad experience.

The staff members at the hotel were very helpful but did not have any knowledge of the area and they had to call the ***ager for everything. Nice room decoration for suite. The fitness center is free of charge when you are a guest there. I would definetely go back.

I don't remember the room type where we were staying but it has glass roof in bathroom just above the bathtub. The amenities need to be upgraded, in my opinion. The hotel is too far from Ao Nang to walk comfortably. Free Transfer from resort to Aonang Beach. Etcthe rooms are cheap in price.

We visited krabi last month and decided to stay in palm paradise resortit was a great experience for usmy kids love their swimming poolclean and well maintained. We found the staff courteous apart from the evening front desk ***ager. The food was good but there're some limitation which the staff weren't clearly able to or willing to explain eg.

It has great big bed with a sofa bed in our room. It is clean and the staffs are very quick in solving our problem. We love the swimming pool too ????????

We had chosen wooden tent house room, beautifully built between the large palm trees, pool facing. Bath tub have transperent glass wall and top you have see thru feeling and enjoy the nature and palm trees.

Restaurant menu is limited not much for vegetarians
