This was one of the most memorable stay we had. We bought the ticket 2 days before, didn’t even do enough search about this property and surrounding, turned out we loved it. Great service, great feature (they have app for our better experience during our stay!) , great sunrise, super clean room, AC works properly, amazing beach, super friendly staff, and outstanding spread of breakfast buffet! Would definitely come back!

The transport was convenient. The check in was not nice, we got here tired and it was hot and extremely humid outside to be told we had to wait another 30 min to get our room after already waiting for 20 min. The check in said 2 pm… not 3:30 or 4.. the restaurant was not good, service because of a little particular lady was good.. but food wasn’t great, or outstanding by any means, despite the prices being way above average, also, they had a lot of items not available from the menu. When calling for room service the one and only thing we asked for they didn’t have, their dessert options are minimal to none and they don’t have some of their items available either. Kids screaming and running around pools so definitely not our favorite. Room was clean. We tried leaving and booking a different hotel for tomorrow but unfortunately everything around is booked.. we will have to stay for another night. Disappointed. We are not coming back.

This was our last stop of a two-week trip u0026 we thought we were about ready to go home prior to checking in. After about an hour on the property, we wished we could extend the trip for another week! The property was incredible. So relaxing u0026 well maintained. The pools, beach, u0026 bungalows were all much better than we expected, especially for the price. It was convenient to have the cute town within walking distance, but we could have stayed on-site the entire time u0026 been just as content. We hope to come back u0026 stay longer!

This is one of those must have experiences in life. The phi phi island is beautiful and Saii Phi Phi Island Village takes it to another level. The resort is isolated from the crowded part of the island and is perfect for a relaxed and unique experience. Practically everything deserves a praise. The welcome and farewell feels like visiting a friends home, superb private beach, lovely infinity pool on the beach with pool bar, private villas, super friendly staff and much more. Add on services like private dinner, sea activities and floating breakfast, although costly, makes the stay more wholesome. The vibe of local village at the back is also nice. Overall it was a great experience.

Definitely will go back there again ???? If you are looking for a total escape, this is another good choice. All staff were friendly with a cute welcoming music. Food was really great. The room was very clean and comfy ????

The bad point would be transportation from the hotel to elsewhere. It is quite expensive as we can only go there by boat ???? Anyway, you can just spend the whole time there - no need to come out except for some tour ????

Too bad we spent only a night there.

The island and resort are beautiful, it is situated on a stunning beach. Our little villa was lovely, clean, well made and modern. But as far as positives go that is where it ends.

When working out how to get to the island we booked via the hotel and were not expecting the price of the transfer giving our experience of other transfers in Thailand. It was VERY VERY expensive. Not to mention that the boat broke down, resulting in changing boats meaning transfer took forever to get underway with no explanation.
However, this is where the story leads. With being basically trapped within the resort they really extort you for the prices for food and even water. The prices for food, which is average, are through the roof. What we had spent elsewhere in Thailand in 3/4 days, we spent in an afternoon here. Prices matching that of central London, especially the alcohol prices.

I am glad we spent only one night here as would have seriously reduced our budget for the remaining stint of our trip. (For reference we have been staying in 4/5 star hotels across Thailand.)

The mosque next door will be sure to give you a 5am wakeup call for morning prayers too, so hope you like an early start and a disturbed sleep.

Would definitely steer clear if you’re the travelling sort of person. If you’re looking for a resort to simply relax and little else, this is the place for you. Was overall disappointed, so much so I had to leave this, my first ever review.

This hotel was a bit of a disappointment considering it’s a 4/5 star hotel. Or at least pretends to be so.

The positive sides: the location of the hotel and the amenities - close to the beach and boat trip available directly from the hotel to visit phi phi leh or bamboo island. The staff was very friendly and it was possible to arrive directly at the hotel via a private transfer.

The negative sides - the food is average, the breakfast buffet is clearly not nice and the dishes during the day are over priced. The local village was much nicer for food and more reasonably priced. It’s only 2 minutes walk. The rooms need a good refresh the toilets in our room smelled of pee constantly. We found bugs in our baby’s bed one evening.
