This hotel exceeded our expectations! Great choice for a value-for-money accommodation. Super clean room. Towels and toiletries are provided. Staff is very helpful and attentive to requests. There is no breakfast but you can easily find something to eat from the resort nearby and enjoy the beach.

The hotel itself is shocking. Awful customer service, staff hardly speak English (not great for any travellers) breakfast is sparse, shared with the neighbouring hotel. Had to pay for a taxi boat when the hotel offer free ones (ours didn't turn up, paid 2000 baht for a 10 minute journey) no resolution from the hotel. The only thing that makes up for it is the beautiful beaches Loh Lana bay is beautiful, about a 5 minute walk. The restaurants and bars are decent quality, they all offer the same thing for basically the same price. Our favourite was The Beach Bar, owned by Chad, such a lovely guy, made us feel so welcome, take a visit definitely.

Mixed welcome, sometimes a smile, sometimes total indifference, except for the staff who cleaned.

Points négatifs : photos très avantageuses notamment la piscine , petite, eau plus verte que bleue. Resort est un bien grand mot pour des chambres d'hôtel en enfilade sur un tout petit terrain. Petit déjeuner moyen en plein air (il pleut parfois, souvent lors de notre séjour).
Accueil mitigé, parfois un sourire, parfois une indifférence totale, sauf le personnel qui faisait le ménage.
Bon restaurant à côté !
