Liked · Very nice place with perfect accommodations. Raya gives everything what travelers need. They have a cold an hat water for there guests and you can have brewed coffee all day long. For those who would like to have some salad in the room they provide plates. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help you. I had a problem with my sink and it was fixed within minutes. They don’t provide toiletries but who cares when you paying this much for the room. Bathroom is very clean and has hot water.I don’t know about other rooms, but mine had the refrigerator and the air conditioner which was nice. In two wards, would you come back in the hotel which you didn’t like within three weeks after visit to local islands? There are many local and not expensive restaurants and markets which has different kind of fruits and food, even you can find some clothing over there. The beach is one kilometer a way from there, which is not that bad for a little exercise. I can’t dive any more but for those who dives this place is even more perfect. They provide diving tours and sale some diving and snorkeling equipment. I definitely will recommend this place to my friends.
Disliked · One thing I didn’t like about the property they don’t except credit cards, money only. Also they are not open all year long only from October-April.

Check-in process was smooth. Place was okay, not too bad nor great either. Place is a bit far from the main Ao Nang where tourists go. It may take about 10 mins by moped, about 50 mins on foot. There's a motorbike rent in front of the guesthouse that offers rental for 150 baht per day. Don't go to the petrol station near the guesthouse which is about 300m to the left when you get to the main road, the price is ridiculous!! Was supposed to get a body soap included as described in the booking but it wasn't there. The room that I got has fridge, an old CRT television, old make up table and adequate air conditioner. It was quite spacious as well with a small space for the balcony. The bed frame was bended at the middle so it cause a slight inconvenience. Overall a pretty nice place to stay.

Cheaper compared to others. But the water flow is very slow. Sometimes no water and sometimes no electricity. Atleast they can have a water tank. No toiletries provided. Thats something very basic that is needed to be provided. It doesn't cost a lot but provides good customer review.

Big rooms at a very reasonable price. If you stay here you will have to drive a motorbike everywhere as its far away from everything.

Excellent place to stay, friendly staff, comfy room and amenities in general, affordable and pretty close to the beach and nightlife area!
