Run by 3 lovely ladies, very quiet area, super relaxing.
Just 5 minute (by free transport) to the beach and tourists areas.
The pool is a little piece of heaven with swim up bar. Cocktails beer and food available on request.
They rent motorbikes which is very helpful (take loads of pictures before you leave the hotel ????) and are more than helpful with transfers, excursion and any issue you might have.
Would book here again, and would recommend to a friend.

This place is run by one family. They have their own pick-up and drop service from the resort to the main market, at specific timings, for the people who have booked their stay there (free of cost). The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and so is the bathroom. They have complimentary breakfast as well.
If you have a swimming costume, you can dive into the pool for a dip. There's a 7-Eleven nearby.

Terrible service by the owner/receptionist/head waiter etc.

This hotel with pool is far from everything and as such it should stand out with service and customer care and good quality in general.

It is not really cheap so one expects certain standards. Problems for me were no sound proofing in rooms by the pool, terribly loud aircon in the room yet not really producing air-conditioning, loud music by the pool from 10 am to 09 pm and it was the same bad quality cover CD played through terrible loudspeakers 11 hours non stop for 3 days and nights at least. Smoking, this place allows to smoke everywhere except in the rooms. Never seen so many ashtrays, by every sun bed, on every table, every balcony...

I wanted to leave and I asked if I could get refund due to circumstances mentioned above.
No refund. So I stayed and tried to make the best out of it. No way! At this point the Manageress was not happy with me and started insulting me Infront of other hotel guests, trying to win them on her side through several crazy actions which she blamed me for. She was totally unpredictable so I tried to stay away from her, which was rather tricky as she was everywhere.

The breakfast was a let down as well. It is obvious that this place is for collecting income only, the owner is not putting any money in to keep things neat and functional. The abusive Manageress does not make things any better. Never again.

Me and my husband had an amazing stay at Andamanee! Away from the noisy city without to many guests. Always room by the pool, nice and quiet when we where going to sleep, and in general really good vibe!! The owner is super friendly and helpful in all kind of ways ????????

I know they got a bad review from a Jonny Stenfross, he stayed there while me and my husband where there. They started complaining the minute they got here about the other guest smoking and being "noisy". The "noise" where people laughing and talking by the pool, and just enjoying their holiday. And I'm not sure how you can book a resort and think that non of the other guest are gonna be enjoying themselves and smoking, that's what people do on holidays. The owner really tried to please him and asked people nicely to not smoke around them, and still they are so incredibly rude to give her a bad review after all she did for them. They made the other guests very uncomfortable and I honestly didn't see them smile once during their stay. I truly hope other guest ignore him review.

So to everyone staying here, yes there is gonna be other guests here, and they will probably enjoy their holiday as much as we did ☺️ This was our best stay I Thailand, thank you so much for having us and treating us so well????????????

Nice hotel and nice staff. Very cooperative. Never seen them getting hyper or frustrated. Will listen to you very calmly and respond accordingly. Very honest and straightforward staff. About the hotel, all services are nice. Location is peaceful. One thing, veg food is limited. And the hotel is a bit in the interior. Overall we had a very nice and pleasant stay.

Very peaceful environment.
Food is tasty.
Rooms are decent.
Swimming pool is well-maintained.The water was fresh u0026 low on chlorine.

The best thing about the place is its friendly staff. The lady at reception - Su (niece of Manager) is the most humble u0026 helpful person I met in my entire trip to Thailand. She guided us about the places u0026 directions u0026 was genuinely concerned that we reach the places easily u0026 safely.

I would definitely recommend this place to others.

My wife and I were lucky enough to select this jewel of an oasis to spend some of our honeymoon. And what a treat it was.

Let me first start by commenting on the comment of two other negative reviewers, Jonny Stenforss and Paul W. We were booked in at the hotel at the same time, and the experienced first hand how they yelled and screamed like spoiled children at the management who was kind beyond any reasonable point to meet their wishes. They were bitter and angry from the start, that people were socializing around the pool area, and they choose to be negative. Their reviews should be ignored as the tantrum of a spoiled children who did not get their way. On the bright side, everyone around the pool got to bond well and had a great time because everyone agreed that their behaviour was horrible.

This review is in defense of the actions of management in trying to meet a positive outcome for all parts.

Regarding the hotel itself, it is just wonderful. Close enough to main street Ao Nang that it only takes a few minutes on a scooter to get there, or a few minutes on one of their free taxies. And far enough away that it is undisturbed by traffic or bar noise. The rooms are cleaned every day and wonderfully done so, and all the staff is beyond helpful and always kind.

From myself and my wife, a huge thank you to Sue, and her staff, for making this not just a hotel, but a home for us.
