If you have always wanted to learn to dive but nervous and not to confident to try, then I highly recommend Daniel Sasse at Poseidon Dive Center, he has over twenty five years experience diving all over the world and also a highly qualified Course Director . I am new to diving and was very nervous on the day, but I could not of been in better hands, all my apprehensions and nervous had gone after my first dive , thanks to Dan’s professionalism and really taking care of me, he speaks perfect English and explained everything. The whole day out on the boat was brilliant. I will definitely go diving again with Poseidon Dive Center.

I did my CMAS* Open Water license here and I am very happy with the experience. Everybody was very friendly and my instructor did a great job with explaining the theory and making the dives exciting. 5 dives are included in this course (as opposed to 4 in PADI) and all of them were very enjoyable. I already did a Discover Scuba Diving session at another place and was familiar with equipment and moving underwater, so the pool sessions were skipped. We practised some of the very important skills to ensure safety underwater but I also got to see a lot of the marine world and plenty of fishes and other animals. (lionfish, murays, lobsters, sharks, boxfishes, clownfishes.....).There was a little theory test on the second day, which wasn’t to hard because most questions can be answered with common sense. Food and drinks on the boat were good and the scenery was also amazing (see pictures below). I recommend Poseidon to anyone who wants to learn diving while also seeing a lot. It’s also lot more exciting than snorkelling :)

Brilliant first diving experience with a great instructor u0026 crew! We felt safe the whole time, while we also got great institutions and training before diving!

Me and my friend tried diving for the first time and we loved the experience! We spoke to every diving company in Ao Nang, but this seemed like the best one! And we don’t regret it!

We are very pleased with the day that included breakfast, lunch, snacks u0026 free soft drinks!

Excellent place and team. Did my diving certification with Poseidon. Daniel is awesome. Lots of explanations, patience, fun, and great stories. Very good experience and great learning. Would definitely recommend him and his team for doing your license and open water dives.

Wonderful Trip to Phi Phi from Ao Nang.
We really enjoyed our dive experience with Daniel and Andi and the crew!
We had two great dives in small groups, breakfast and lunch on board and a great time on the sundeck.
Highlight of the trip was the discovery of a wonderful colorful turtle.
We can really recommend the Dive center!

I had an amazing experience with the Poseidon Dive Center! They were very accommodating with fantastic instructors provided clear directions. I was lucky enough to dive with Dan who took the time to point out many different types of aquatic life! Would dive with them again!

Superday – Absolutely fantastic Diving

I was in Krabi - Ao Nang in week 9 and had seen on Poseidon homepage that they had a dive “Superday” consisting of King Cruiser Wreck, Shark Point and Anemone Reef. I am an AOWD diver with 110 dives.

It had been very windy for a week, and it was first decided on the way out that it was Superday. We were only 4 divers, but Daniels decided to go anyway – Thank you Dan.

I was were collected at the Hotel, then a Longtail to the Boat, got all our equipment and sailed for about 2 1/2 hour. On the way we got a very good briefing on all the dive sites we were diving at.

I could write many pages about what we saw ( 2 sharks) – fantastic – but I will leave that to other people.

The fantastic thing about this dive was that everybody was so enthusiastic about diving even the instructors and owner. I have dived in many dive centres and many of them are dive factories.

This dive centre was very special and good for divers – it has the right sprit – I had such a nice day.
