Services is ok. Since we were island hopping during the stay,its very near. This hotel provide every thing since we were on the pakage trip from msia. Lots of shops near by so it is very easy.

Great place. I stayed there for 30 days. Clean, close to the beach and the shops, housekeeping daily. And my favorite part is the people that working in the hotel. The biggest and warmest hospitality you can ever experience. Mark, Dee and Rid made our stay unforgettable ❤

The hotel was DISCUSTING, the smell was SO BAD, the shower has stains everywhere, the bed was the worst bed I had yet ! The price was WAYYY too high !!! All the hostels I went was way better then that !!

Need serious maintenance. Wife and electricity broke down several times. Safety box does not work.
I had a room with "mountain wiew" but the forgot to tell that a road with a lot of traffic was right outside the window and on the other side of the road were large buildings.

The room was really nice, had everything we needed, towels, soap, shampoo, a bowl to wash our clothes and a balcony with a view to the main road. There wasn't much noise when we closed the windows. The receptionists were really nice, couldn't speak very well English but they were trying. Initially we booked for two nights and then we stayed three.

The place is 20 min from the beach and there are lots of restaurants and shops when walking towards there.

We booked a tour from the hostel, the elephant trekking and visit the tiger cave. I would suggest you not to do the elephant trekking, it was very disappointing.

I booked a large room with jacuzzi in late July. On first look it seemed alright but there was no hot water for the jacuzzi. I asked to change rooms but they refused and said they would replace the water heater the next day. When I checked out they said it had been done but I wasn't informed while staying there.

The pool was green and out of action while I stayed there.

Large bathroom but walls are made from frosted glass so you see a silhouette of the person in there so no real privacy

1 a/c unit which is underpowered for the size of the large room so you can only keep the bedroom cool.

On return to the room on the second night my girlfriend slipped on the tile stairs and hurt her hip as water had leaked from the bathroom and ran down the stairs making them very dangerous. She had to take 5 days off work after the accident. The hotel offered me 100 baht towards the 400 baht cost of getting a massage therapist to attend her after the accident.

I asked for an extra pillow for the bed and was flatly told no by the member of staff.

The fridge was so in need of defrosting I could not store ice in the icebox.

I booked the room out of season so got a reduced rate but had I known all the problems I could have selected a better hotel for the same money.

With better housekeeping this could be a good hotel but the attention to detail is non existent. Even easy to fix things like the shower heads are leaking and in need of a good clean.

It was a nice big room but I would not recommend or stay at this hotel again.

One of the worst hotels in Ao Nang. Lots of lizards, moscitos and other insects crawl through the cracks. Dirty walls and ceiling. A roof outside our window was loose and whenever there was a storm outside (typically during the night) it sounded awful and kept us awake. The air coindition is also not functioning well. It is extremely slow, even in "turbo" mode. The air condition also starts dripping water once it has finished a cooling cycle. You keep hearing the water drip down on the couch below. So many bad things to point out at this hotel. Had an awful experience. They also do not wash the sheets. They simply turn them around. And you get charged if the sheets become dirty (even just the slightest). They have a pool downstairs but its dirty water, leafs in it and lizards all around it. They do not clean the hotel, the pool or the rooms. I do not recommend this place.
