The place is well furnished, decorated, with all-round amazing facilities. The architecture and interior is astounding, they really perfected the craft of construction. The place is built like a maze, so its best you have your manager's phone number should you want to stroll in this vast beauty of a land.

The food was good but didn't have the strong taste for a southern food. Missing that final execution touch for a local Thai, but understandably good for foreigners. The breakfast did live up to the word-of-mouth marketing with the Larb Omelette as the leading signature.

This place is great for corporate retreats and wellness rejuvenation. It is also good for couples looking for a devoted "us time" together. It has a wellness center with a vitality pool, sauna, steamer, and relaxation room.

Unfortunately we came on a fully-booked weekend and none of the services was available for us on the first day. Please plan your trip accordingly with your dedicated manager if you are to travel here.

There is no beach at this hotel, which is the only down-side of this place as it has everything else. The other down-side is that most scenic areas and the rooms are not wheelchair accessible.

Service is world-class, no doubt. The manager greeted us at entrance and again when we checked out. Our Manager also tended to our every need accordingly and we were happy to be in her care.

Overall, lovely place.

Waranyu was our personal reserve host during our stay at the Ritz and I can't even explain how he made our experience literally the best resort experience we've ever had! He went above and beyond in all occasion and even when we didn't ask, things were done to an amazing standard. This resort was super unique, private and luxurious! Rooms were large and beautiful, breakfast was free flow champagne with so many options! The excursion was amazing with even small personal details from the resort. Gym was great ! It's a buggy system resort to get around but super fast and easy. The spa was unbelievable as we had it to ourselves ???? .. super spoiled and can't wait to be back! Thanks so much to the whole Ritz team here !

Maybe the best service staff I have ever experienced (great job Jeans from our Butler team), gorgeous and comfortable rooms, and beautiful property. Enjoyed the sauna and steam room at the spa as well. The day trip to Hong Island was a lot of fun and not crowded at all like other islands in the area.

Amazing stay! Countless activities during our stay: half-day island excursion, painting class, Thai tea class, etc.
All the restaurants there are also topnotch, including the bar by the pool.
The architecture and interior are impeccably designed with sophisticated materials, truly a unique experience!

What a lovely experience! The rooms are incredible! The staff is lovely! The GM is amazing! We loved everything and we can’t wait to be back!

Complimentary minibar and boat to the island was also very great! Definitely a must stay!

The staff reception is amazing, and they take care of you all the time. The treatment of the staff is excellent, the view is beautiful, and the room is wide, they have quick helping. they offer anything you need such as room materials or booking to go anywhere. honestly, one of the best hotels I have stayed in

Extraordinary place to stay. The whole place is immaculately maintained. The villas with swimming pool is just out of this world. I plan on staying here repeatedly. The pampering is just too much. The pool bar is a great place and service is great.
