The amenities are amazing. The breakfast is a full breakfast buffet style and was included in the price. The room was very clean and they let us check in a couple of hours early (it was raining). The staff was so nice and even checked on us when we were out. They will be waiting for you as you get off the ferry and or boat. They offer a welcome drink as well. We had the garden view and it offered a view of the pool and garden. It is located in a great spot near the main area. The gym is complimentary as well.

A hotel only a few steps from the Pier, and in a great location for all other amenities. We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, perhaps a little dated but everything worked well. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast included was over the road on the beachfront and it had a good variety - cant fault it. The pool area was small (only 5 loungers) but the pool itself was perfectly sized and a nice temperature. There are a lot of mosquitos around the bushes so be sure to wear repellent most of the day to try and avoid bites. The on-site gym was great - no AC but plenty of fans and free towels. it has a great view of the bay and a huge selection of equipment.

Overall we had a good experience staying at the Banyan Villa. The location is perfect. Staff was super friendly and polite, the room was clean and the AC worked really well. We had breakfast vouchers for the restaurant across the street which was right in front of the beach.
The hotel building is a bit old and some areas weren’t very well kept, but I feel like that’s the same everywhere in Phi Phi.
Overall I recommend this place.

We had a nice stay here. The highlight was exceptional customer service. The breakfast buffet was also something to look forward to everyday. Rooms were good and clean, and the hotel is located in a perfect area.

The fitness center is a very impressive facility. However, there was no operating AC in the gym for the entirety of our 3 night day, so all widows and doors were open but still the inside temperature of the fitness center was borderline unbearable. The other issue was you always need paper vouchers to gain access to buffet and the gym before entering. Seems like an inefficient and wasteful way of going about that. Maybe a better system can be made soon.

But overall, what a great stay! Only complaints are about a couple easy fixes.

I was here for enjoy my vacation with my boyfriend but we have to left from hotel at night because AC in our room is not working and we have complained to the front desk since we arrived at 2.00 pm until 7.00 pm, nobody came there. We want to change room but they said it’s not available and didn’t do anything. They gave options to us, only provide us to move to another hotel with downgrade twin room despite they knew we’re a couple and if we were not okay, just left and refunded. They don’t care anything.
If you don’t want to waste your times and seeing the worst costumer service, stay in another hotels.

This was my second visit to Phi Phi and I decided to stay right down on the Beachfront. This is a well established hotel and has had good maintenance. The room showed wear but that is to be expected in an older Thai hotel. Comment - the shower drain was slow draining.
The included breakfast was really quite good and I will comfortably give a 5 star rating to this as a Thai hotel, maybe not as a hotel elsewhere but I quite liked it.

Absolutely loved our stay. Close to Tonsai Bay and the sea. Close to all the restaurants and the rooms were really big. The breakfast was okay nothing great but for the price point nothing to complain. The view from the restaurant we had our breakfast was really nice. The pool was good. The staff were super friendly.
