The hotel is on the east side of the pier. The location is good. You will find beachside restaurants/bars just in front of the hotel. The bed was good and comfortable. Breakfast was OK.

I could not get a proper sleep at night because the AC directly pointed to the head side of the bed. We got cold and have to switch off the AC in the middle of the night. Which causes sweating and again could not sleep. The temperature and fan speed didn't work as well. The staffs lack smile and do not seem so friendly. To get a towel for the pool you have to go to the reception and signed in a paper every time which seems a bit wired. The pool doesn't have any functional bar or juice corner. The room comes with a veranda that does not have any wall or grill to separate it from a local home yard just stated from that veranda. We can not open the curtain cause everything can be seen directly as the glass is transparent and can be seen from both sides. They also don't have any beach chairs.

The place is close to the sea and surrounded by quite a lot of amenities. They have a beautiful pool. The room size is adequate. Their bathroom had an awful smell, like some rotten rat or burst sewerage. There’s a spa and gym on site. It is wheelchair accessible/friendly. The service was average and they don’t speak any English which makes it difficult to even request anything. There’s probably only one person that speaks basic English the rest don’t.

Location of the Hotel is pretty good. Nearby to everything without being in the centre of action. Pool is small. Tje rooms are spacious, but the bathroom is surprisingly small (maybe enough space for two Hobbits or one grown up). The bed is very soft. For my personal taste a little but too much.
Major downside it's very noisy and you hear everything from the corridors. Especially when they start cleaning around 8:00 o'clock in the morning. Aircon is pointing directly on the bed. But one can deal with it by closing the fan swipe manually (if you are tall enough)

Great location, nice gym and decent pool.
Besides this the hotel water system is salt water inside the showers and also noisy ac and given two single beds that wouldn’t stick together despite asking for a queen bed. Not many options for accommodation on the island so I doubt they will change anything but be wary when booking this hotel.

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Only the exterior is pretty to attract a person to stay inside there but rooms are not at all worth the price we pay.
So many issues:-
* The rooms that say's superior size are tiny rooms.
*The washroom had a weird smell, we complained still nothing happened, even the size is very tiny.
*The room's ac was not working when we reached. It was so hot...bed is at another place u0026 ac is installed at the wrong place. They fixed it after complaining but still was not working properly.
*The main reception staff is not cooperative enough
* The rooms look a lot more different than the online site/Agoda.

Very nice accomodation to stay. The check-in process was fast and the hotel staff are helpful to recommend half of full day trips. The hotel room is very spacious with big bathroom and string water pressure (very important for me). The swimming pool is big too and feels very private. I could not give 5 stars as the breakfast was unfortunately very limited. You could get better breakfast choices at nearby coffeeshop insteas.

service was very average at reception,very rude young lady, was upselling and avoiding the cheaper options. she just assumed i wanted breakfast, though i did book with breakfast o asked for all my options..at about 10 pounds for 4 of us.i dod take the breakfast deal, the rooms are very nice for a quick flying visit at phi phi don and very close to the boats to streamline your stay if need be. but... there is signage up all over the place saying you will be fined for taking this, and fined for breaking that.And a whole list of items with prices for if your break it or take it..ect..ect.. it goes without saying I'm sure...
anyway not a bad spot, just odd in places.
very nice, clean, modern, streamline hotel, great breakfast from 730am very good food buffet. right on the beach opposite the hotel..
