We stayed in December 2021. We liked the proximity to the beach and the huge room and bathroom. The bed was comfy. We appreciated having a fridge and a safe.
The laundry service was affordable and well done.

However, I don’t feel that it gives good value for money, the bathroom was smelly and the shower was weak.

The room and the whole resort needs work aesthetically, it looks run down and there was trash everywhere.

There is no path from the front door onto the back patio (and therefore the beach) so you have to walk down the side of the bungalow, over plants and yet more rubbish.

Breakfast was a poor selection and quality and the staff were not friendly.

It’s a shame as it has potential but it wasn’t worth the price.

Also worth mentioning that you have to get a boat home from the Tonsai Pier (the town, with food and nightlife) and they stopped running early in the night.

Positives: -location is right in front of the swimming area of Long Beach, an excellent spot for swimming and snorkeling.
-Lunch is affordable and tasty

Negatives:
-the "mattress" is likely just a concrete slab, for a 3 star I didn't expect anything else but please ignore the other reviews that said it was comfortable
- breakfast is basic, the staff pick and choose who had to follow their ridiculous covid rules, we were singled out every day to wear gloves, mask and take off shoes, while standing next to people who didn't have to do the same. EVERY SINGLE DAY. I get masking up, but no other hotel has gloves and a shoe rules for restaurants. It felt like 20 year olds power tripping, which is weird for Thailand, as most people are very nice.
-poor AC meant we slept without blankets on, and we were eaten alive at night even with everything shut. They need mosquito nets over the bed and additional fans
-the restaurant closes at 5pm, the only other restaurant open on Long Beach until 9. If you go to Tonsai you have a 10 pm curfew before long tail boats stop going

Overall I wouldn't recommend nor would I stay here again, there are other hotels on Long Beach that look nicer

Visited 2 weeks before the world got crazy. It was an amazing experience to be here. The staff is so nice and friendly. Thanks for being the highlights on our trip to Thailand. I'm looking forward to coming back.

Room very spacious and clean. View and beach are both beautiful.
I don’t put less stars because difficult time but you really need to do something about the taxi boat and prices, We spent 2 hours to come back to the hotel and it was only 3pm.
Anyway if you want to enjoy a beautiful resort and the beach this is perfect place. If you want to moove a lot maybe a bit hard to access and should go for something closer from the center.

Great little restaurant with a nice view. We were eating there a couple of times and all the food was really tasty and reasonably priced. One of the best restaurants in the area. Highly recommended.

One of the best places I have ever seen. Nice beach, nice people, everything clean and comfortable. Good food at the restaurant and awesome massages!

So beautiful!!! Everyone was so nice!!! I was so happy with the resort and the staff and the quality of the rooms! Really spacious and clean! The food was great! Really good prices!!!
