The room was extremely dirty, the walls were in a bad condition and the shower was more than dangerous with water leaking from the electric switch. The bed linen was dirty with spots of cigarette burn. The rooms entrances are from alley between two buildings and the door lockers are ridiculous - consider them as not existent. The window is useless as well. The receptionist first took our money before showing the rooms. He didn't offered a better rooms after our complain (I doubt they have such). He didn't agreed to return the money either. I'm attaching some photos to see it with your eyes. Disgusting place. Don't ruin your vacation to that tropical paradise with this accommodation. Preferably don't book at Krabi town at all! There're so many PARADISE ISLANDS nearby.

This guesthouse was very clean with a small but nice room and comfy bed.
Staff were nice and helpful when around.

We stayed at this guesthouse only one night. The shower was broken or plumbed wrong as it was only hot and too hot to shower felt like I was burning my skin in the water. Staff were not around when trying to ask about the problem so it couldn't be fixed.
The sealing fan was broken so they had put another one in the room, the TV was also broken and there was no window just a fly net over the gap.
The wifi stopped working for a while during our single day stay also.

Lots of great things about this place but some things the owners should fix.

Room was OK, it had a private bathroom with hot shower.
WiFi didn't reach our room properly. No mosquito net provided so we got some bites. Also it was pretty humid, so our wet stuff wasn't dry at all in the morning.
Best thing was the price and the staff.

Awesome place! The people who run it are very friendly. They have a nice and chilled common area! Room was clean, decent size with bathroom and very clean :)

They have some lovely furry pets too! :D

The place is run by a lovely couple who also run a tourist information center. Rooms are average but good for budget travelers. The comforter provided was single for a double bed. We chose this location because krabi town is nearer to airport and also economical than those in ao nang. Rent a scooter and you can cover all sightseeing locations from here

The place just okay for me. Normal room to stay. The price quite cheap. Wifi sometimes not working. Laundry only available from 8 am until 5 pm. Near to 7eleven. It takes around 30 mins to reach Ao Nang Walking Street.

Overall guesthouse is for budget place value for money, Its for people who are seeking a night stay and people who wants to roam around the Krabi city during the day would like to save extra expenditure on hotel stay,

I found room were neat and clean and owner was helpful, They did helped us with the tourist information for sight seeing and arranging the boat service, Met an Aussie tourist and who was staying there since last couple of months and he helped us with few tips with sight seeing at local market and beaches must visit at Krabi.
