Very basic, for the price you are paying you can find something a bit better. No air con, no tv. Also the Paradise Hostel next door is a bit boomer, I understand that it’s hostel but it shouldn’t affect hotel guests by noises all night long.

It’s clean, you get clean towels and daily room service. But once again - very basic.

The location is a highlight, next to the beach and very central. Shops, restaurants attraction booking spots right outside the hotel on the Main Street.

Do not understand these bad reviews. Owner and staff are lovely and very nice if you treat people with respect! Hotel has wonderful service and location. Rooms are cleaned every day. Price is very good considering the beach is a one minute walk away. Fan worked fine, we paid $10 US per night and that was even last minute booking. If you want a five star hotel then go to a five star hotel! We loved our stay and would definitely stay again next time we are in Ao Nang.

very nice, people reviewed saying it has a smell but our room didn't. nice tile floor, free coffee in room. very close to the beach, 2 minutes walk. staff was acceptable and polite. had a nice area to sit in front of the room. would recommend it highly.

One of the cheapest options in town. Basic and essential service compensated by the strategic location in the middle of the shopping street and on the beach. The hotel is located next to an hostel and during the night is a bit noisy. The absence of proper windows doesn’t help to save your sleep! For one night it could be an option. No tv, no aircon, only a fan in the room.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I cannot stress how pathetically ran this hotel is. The rudeness of the office staff is an UNDERSTATEMENT! If you want to be insulted and threatened, go for it. Yes, it's close to the beach but there are plenty of places very very close that are much more worth it. The craziness began the second I walked into the office. I wasn't sure that I had prepaid or not and wanted to check. The lady that runs the front went CRAZY and basically told me to bug off. She didn't like that I wanted to double check myself. Also, when dealing with the issue of my door. She took great offense when I asked how long it would take to replace it because I had people waiting on me. She got in my face multiple times and said I was evil and that she could have people take care of me for being rude, just for asking.. I whispered something to some other guests as they were coming in " dont' stay here" and then she decided that she didn't want me to stay there anymore and literally said I want you to leave. She gave me 30 mins to get my belongings. I almost said screw what I paid for the night but somehow I was able to get that back as long as I canceled my second night booking. The guy that runs the place threatened me for being an American and also just for being "rude". Saying he could have people come over and hurt me to be in the hospital for weeks. THEY ARE BOTH PSYCHOTIC!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The lock to my door, literally fell out. I was then trying to somehow put it back in the door and got STUCK in my room. Trying to wedge something in the door jam to get out, it appears that this door has been messed with and blown out ***y times. I do NOT trust that the staff and wouldn't be surprised if they would even go through your belongings. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!

On our transit through the south of Thailand we were happy to get short term a room at the Paradise Hotel without reservation. We stayed there one night and were completely satisfied. Our room had a powerful air conditioning and a warm shower. Also there were a small fridge and a kettle in our room. The staff was all the time very friendly and helpful. Check-out time is until 12 o'clock. To the beach there are only a few meters by walk. Although I think our room was a little bit overpriced, I would recommend the Paradise Hotel definitely to people who are looking for a spontaneous visit in Ao Nang.

We found beg bugs on the bed and the wall, had been bitten by bed bugs on both hands and legs, the bites occur in a line with rashes and itchi for several days, there is unclean sand on the bed from previous customers, no water supply on the night, the boss was not friendly and rude when we tell the problem. Most terrible budget hotel i ever stay.
