It’s new hotel, with its own charm and it’s perfect for people who enjoy soaking up the sun besides the pool in calm area. It’s nicely furnished, clean, however housekeeping was missed all three days burning my stay.

Receptionists are very friendly and helpful, they will arrange and assist with their knowledge as much as they can.

You can really feel that the hotel recently has been opened and people managing it are inexperienced, however I believe it will come with the time and the service will get better.

I think it’s a little gem which needs some steady hand and a bit polishing to become a great place!

The recently opened hotel La La Moon is in its way to be a great alternative, but some improvements are required at the time I visited the hotel. First it is difficult to find, the hotel has only a tiny sign outside the structure. The swimming pool is nice but there are not enough deckchairs. The care of details is fundamental; the upper part of the glass door of the shower is still covered with glue from the protection package. The soap was available in very inconvenient vases. During my stay the room was not cleaned. On the positive side, all the staff was absolutely nice and helpful in solving small issues. The rooms are nicely furnished. I will consider this hotel again!

Terrible location, far from the centre of Krabi, very few restaurants nearby with only 7/11 (supermarket).
Transports are limited specially at night.
The Bedu0026Breakfast is everything but a bed and BREAKFAST. Don't be fooled by the pictures on the website but THERE IS NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED!
The only staff member we met was the hotel receptionist and communication was very limited since her English was very poor.
We needed transport to the town and didn't know how to get a bus or taxi and she was not helpful at all.
No one came to clean the rooms, bins weren't emptied, towels and sheets weren't changed. The pool was dirty, full of leaves and rubbish.
The bed was comfortable and the shower was ok, the only two good things.
If you want to stay in Krabi, get to know the city and good local food, DO NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE! (P.S.: There is another La La Moon that looks much better and closer to the town. Be careful when booking the hotel!)

Room comfy. Nice decoration. Clean. Fridge. Hot water. A/C. TV. Small balcony.
The size of the room is a but small when you've got big backpacks.
Cute swimming pool. Free coffee at the reception.
And that's it... they dont rent scooters, you are 4km from the krabi town centre (200THB for a taxi), no informations about tours... or they give you the number of an agency with very bad reviews.
If you just need a room it's good. If you are looking for more interactions with the reception it's not the good place to stay.
Even if the persons at the reception are nice and polite.

The hotel is so cute, clean, comfy, and new!
Plus the bed is extremely comfortable.
I booked the rooms via Booking and the Studio with Pool View is only 550 Baht and Deluxe Double Studio 599 Baht a night.
The location is good too as you can take the bus from Krabi Airport which costs only 90 Baht to the hotel. From the hotel, I walked to Babao Dimsum (1.5 km away) and Vogue Shopping Center (near Krabi Walking Street). The hotel provides bottled waters, toiletries, hair dryer, hot shower, however no breakfast, but that’s not a problem as there are so many restaurants around the area as well.

I would appreciate if they could change to digital door lock or maybe add other security methods as I felt a bit insecure with just door knob. Also the shampoo and soap vases are a bit inconvenient as they might fall down and break themselves.

The owner was so very helpfull. We arrived at 22.00 and she stayed up for us. The same evening she helped us book the trip to the 4 islands, wich was amazing, at a very good price. She also helped us with the booking of our trio to khoa sok and taxi to krabi town. Better prices then online. The hotel itself was very clean and nice pool. Its a new and modern wich is not really my style but still very nice.

Lovely big rooms, amazing staff and great atmosphere. Location is a bit out of the way but that makes for quiet nights and a very chilled atmosphere. Highly recommended.
