Terrible customer service. We ordered a pizza which was over an hour later than they said they would be. The help centre was awful and didnt tell me how far away the driver was and said they couldn’t reach the driver. We sat outside by the gate for over an hour and then they cancelled our order and said that the driver tried to deliver but we weren’t there so he left. They also said they tried to contact us but I have no messages from the driver. They lied and they were rude. We won’t be ordering from them again!

We ordered a pizza, deliver time was suppose to be an hour, two hours went by and no driver arrived. The help centre couldn’t help as they said they couldn’t contact the driver. Offered us 50cent USD for the compensation. Terrible!
