Decent hotel with basic facilities, a decent enough swimming pool. It's Muslim owned and provides halal breakfast in the morning, which was a great plus point for us. Our messenger exchanges with the hotel representative was very smooth and they were always quick to respond. The rooms are a bit dated but we found it clean u0026 tidy during check-in.

The room was spacious and well presented, love the bathtubs! The location is nice, next to the river.

We thought that the service could be improved. There was no taxi or shuttle in place (apparently they have one driver for the shuttle and he was on sick leave...), no toothbrush and toothpaste in the room...and no room service...it's strange because the way the hotel is presented it seems like at least a 4 stars...so please raise your service standard!!!

Loved this hotel. A nice roof top pool and gym. Great rooms and cheap!

Service was impeccable. I checked in late and the receptionist at the counter was able to help me through check-in and next day reservations for transportation. Great English. Polite staff. The breakfast was a buffet that was halal food. The rooms were spotless clean, sheets were clean, and bathroom was clean. Towels were fresh. Lobby was chill and comfy. Internet was fast and reliable. I enjoyed my stay at the resort.

Nice laid back place with good views over the river estuary. Clean and comfortable rooms with a good breakfast. One downside is that its a fair hike into town over a small hill and transport can be troublesome though the hotel does do a couple of complimentary runs into town during the day.

Enjoyed a 4 night stay at this hotel, staff were very welcoming, although we thought the breakfast selection was very limited, had one rather disappointing steak meal on the first night, which was returned to the kitchen virtually untouched as the steak was tough and not cooked as requested, no comment was made by the staff and we were charged the full cost of the meal. Not exceptable! The following 3 evenings we dined elsewhere as we didn't feel we had been treated appropriately. Booked hotel purely for it's location and views over the river and sea, we were not disappointed.

Nice, clean hotel with nice and kind staff. The location is not the best, but the offer offers free shuttle bus to the center (it is about 5-6 minutes drive). The buses are in every 2 hours from 8 am to 10 pm. The hotel has a restaurant next to it and a pool on the third floor with a small bar. The breakfast is nice. Next time, when we are in Krabi, we will stay again in this hotel.
