I was there 5 years ago, I hope it still exist and I could visit it again some day... ;)
Long story short why 5-stars review: it's a quiet place, with a really nice owner and nice beach. If you are tired of big, crowded resorts it's a perfect choice. You can take a deep breath in here and relax. Yes, there is no electricity during the day. So what? ???? enjoy the view ;)

In a cool location in the heart of nature and on the beach, but its management is in bad shape. In addition, consider that it is far from the city or any area of u200bu200binterest and this requires you to take a taxi every step you take, or alternatively a scooter or car you rent. The water is faucet green and there is no electricity during the day. The owner is annoyed and not very nice to say the least. The place has great potential if the owners were nice. I had a very unpleasant experience there

Avoid this place at all cost! The management is not only impolite, it is AGGRESSIVE!
They do not show any flexibility with your booking. I was left at night with no room as the manager informed me that they will not receive me at the property because it was too late.
Even more to that, they replay to my messages, while needing help, attacking me why I dare to bother them. I was arriving from Bangkok to Krabi airport at night , and manager told me to check in at 7am next day!

Obviously the staff is exploited and overworked. The manager said that the staff is working 15 hours a day and sleep only 5 hours, and so, I can not be received.
Do you really wanna stay at the place where the staff is exploited and exhausted? Do you wanna stay at the place where the management doesn’t show any respect to the client?

Just read below or on booking how the resort replies to the client’s comments.
This place is far, far from the quality service you would expect for 40€/night.
The worst experience ever!

Awesome stuff and so beautiful sandy beach! Bungalow is just perfect, clean and quiet. Food is amazing I highly recommend this place!!! You can rent a motorcycle/ kayak here, eat, drink also you can planning your daily trips, and have massage at the beach!

Was soo good to be here, owner is super cool, he help a lot, location is quiet, beautiful and hidden from tourists. Beach is sandy, long and is in a national park area. You can reach the city by motorbike in 5minutes, also you can rent scooter from the owner in a good price. Bungalows are perfect! Beach from bungalow is 1min walk, night sky just amazing.

The "manager" of the resort told me that I am a "rude customer" just only because I said that there were ants at my bungalow. This guy is kind of sick and tries to live his own reality blaming each customer for using his facilities, pointing out any rubbish you left in the room, he treats tourists with no respect insulting them and humiliating. He definitely needs help. I really hope this business will be shut down one day. He is such a shame for Thailand.
The place is not worth any penny nor effort to go there, the Sand Beach Bungalow is far better and safe from this sick guy. He repeatedly calls people "rude" as he was mentally ill. I am sorry for him and all the guests that had to face this man.

We both stayed here for a week with our small dog and had a fabulous time. It is in the national park and is away from everything so if you are looking for a relaxing time away from the crowds you have come to the right place. You can rent a motorcycle if you want to go to other places, catch a grab or the hotel can order you a taxi. Or just catch a boat taxi across the river and walk towards aonang and Railay. (Look on the map) our dog absolutely loved it as the people at the hotel were very dog friendly. Thank you for a great stay ????
