I would rate the trail as intermediate. 200 baht entry fee for foreigners, 40 for Thai's. There are some steep sections but nothing technical.
The first kilometer is loose rock and sand, then stairs that are in a bad state of disrepair. Followed by packed sand and tree roots until the peak.
The increasing pollution in Thailand means the views are likely not going to be great. Maybe pick a day just after a rain and check the AQI before deciding to set out.
The "waterfall" they show at 2.8 km is just a sprinkle of a natural spring. The ponds are two little puddles...unless you're planning to view them for spiritual reasons, give them a miss and head for the peak.

It’s 4.7 km to reach the viewpoint and another 4.7km to hike back to the start point.
Be prepared for your shoes (not slippers) ,drinking water and check the weather.
Bring a wood stick with you, if you see dark cloud.
Good luck and enjoy hiking

Amazing hiking trail. If you are looking for an adventurous hike this is the place, take plenty of water as you will need it for sure. Trial is medium level. Hot during the April noon time. Try hiking by the morning. They are open from 8 am

Great view from the view point but the track is not easy - neither the conditions of the trail nor the fact that you should have a good condition to come far enough. Take water with you (2 liters per person) and have tracking shoes - do your self a favor and don’t go there with Flipflops.

Nice trail. Parking available at the entrance for motorbikes, and for cars at the first control.
The trail is 3.7km and I would say medium difficulty. Watch out if it’s been rainy the days before, the path will be very slippery.
Awesome views from the top, a must do if visiting the area

It's a challenging track to get to the top of the moutain. 2 hours up and 2 hours down, thats what you need. Pictures of the stairs is only part of the route. There are more with lots of rocks which makes it harder. Have enough water with you.
I love it when reaches to the top. Amazing view for sure. Good luck hikers.
