Helpful staff, clean room and toilets.
Strong and fast internet connection through all the building.
Good location. The island is pretty small so everything is couple of minutes away but you still get good sleep because you are not on the beach.
Good air conditioning.

Be aware: sheets were little it dirty, doors can't be locked but you have small lockers for use at the reception ( you need your own lock)

Good points: The showers worked well. And the staff were nice. Close to good stuff. Fair size room.

Bad points: the plugs fall out of the sockets ( I have no idea why) the towels were not changed, so I guess there is no room service. Air conditioning a bit temperamental. The room is very basic so don't expect anything but a bed and a wardrobe.

The worst experience in Thailand whatsoever, and I’d visited half of the country already by the time I reached Phi Phi.
The place is quite old and not taken care of. Noisy from outside because of the location, which is clear, but you can hear what’s going on in other rooms as well.
The room was cleaned, but not clean. Dirty bedsheets, bathroom, floor. The towels smell damp and there is mold in the bathroom.
The a/c works, but you have to stand really close to it in order to turn it on/off with a remote.

Not a welcoming vibes. If your looking for just a hotel and don’t want to spend time on location, this place has clean rooms and accommodations. Chairs on the patio were never ‘setup for sitting’, the place was more concerned about keeping things clean vs welcoming guest. If your looking to meet people and a place to hang, go somewhere else. If your looking for just a place to crash, this spot is fine. Overall egh but won’t be staying here again..

Stayed overnight in a private room. It had a bad smell probably because the AC was dripping and caused mildew. The beds were clean enough for one night's sleep. The bathroom was small and the water wasn't very clean. Overall: good enough for one night, but probably not for any more.

PLEASE KEEP AWAY
We booked 3 nights but left after one night. The stuff is super not nice. We got the room which was not clean, the sheet was stained, and the toilet wasn't clean ether. At the morning we discovered that the mattress is full with bedbugs. We woke up all bitten. After we complained we only been told that we can't get refund. Make your own a fever and stay out of ther.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The people were very nice, the receptionists were always happy and friendly and the location was pretty good (a little bit loud at nights but nothing too crazy)! Now the reason it's not 5 stars is because the bathroom smelled a kind of bad and the bed was very hard. We are young and it wasn't a big deal at all so we had fun and enjoyed our stay in phi phi
