We had a great 2 night stay at this hotel, very quiet, comfy beds and spacious room. The water filler outside the room was very convenient. Good breakfast and clean swimming pool. The terrace/balcony was shaded so happily for us in wasn't that hot in the room. Live music Fri-Sat was a good entertainment and option to stay outside and not in the room.
The cleanliness a bit below our standards and could be improved and we would stay longer if the wifi was good. You also should be aware of monkeys coming over and sneaking stuff.

We had a great experience here. If you book at the desk here in person you will get a better rate as well just not paying the booking website fees. We booked 2 rooms for our group of 3 and enjoyed our stay here as the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was nicely done! The breakfast was great too! The amenities and bedding was comfortable as well!

Cool room with our own pool, but it didn’t get much sun. The service was pretty abysmal. Our room wasn’t made up until maybe 4:30-5 after chasing them all afternoon to do it. Seems understaffed. Often no one is at the reception so calling is often useless. Tried calling the room service number and they laughed at me and hung up. So rude I couldn’t believe it. No iron or ironing board? Seemed like such a basic thing to have. The main pool was dirty. We had to call reception to get rid of a bunch of dirty old food crawling with ants next to our pool. Adult only but I saw children? Awful wifi. Could hear everything if someone was going to the bathroom because it just had a glass door. The hotel shampoo and conditioners weren’t labelled? No help getting our suitcases up all the stairs. The included breakfast was terrible. The monkeys were great fun. Great location but the rest was so awful, honestly, pick somewhere else. There seemed like lots of other lovely places.

The quieter hotel to consider for solo-couple travelers, the staffs we're helpful and generous. The room was quite spacious, the bed was comfortable. You can check out but still use the pool and their beach towel.

The hotel provides boat shuttle for free from Nam Mao pier to Railay east daily. Check them out. It is worth the value.

One star less because there was a cockroach infestation in the room I was given (counted about 5 of them walking around in the room and bathroom, though there are probably more of them around). Requested for a change of room, and all was well and good - the second room was very clean, huge, and very comfortable. Breakfast was great. The walls are not soundproof. Wifi strength depends on the location of the room.

Pretty room, great food and drinks at very reasonable prices. Very clean and great water pressure for shower. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Extremely friendly receptionist as well. Great stay.

We stayed for 5 nights and they only made the room on the first day even though we switched on the light to request for cleaning everyday. We got 2 bottles of fresh water for the first few days and then we didn’t get them anymore either. First morning we woke up there was no running water…not even for the toilet flush. They couldn’t even offer us a place to wash up until much later when we already had to leave for our tour. We had to wash up at the sink at the swimming pool and use the toilet there. On our last night…we had 3 cockroaches in the room we couldn’t even sleep but just counting down to getting out for good in the morning. It’s not expensive and a pretty place but I really cannot recommend it at all! The staff were not helpful and some were not even friendly!
