Very nice bungalow setup and pool. Location was also good. Just 8 min walk to the main swimming beach. Stores, bars and restaurants all around. Only issue was the shower drain was a bit clogged and smelly once water passed through. But management is on it and will have it fixed.
Breakfast was so so. They did always get something wrong with our orders and it took a while until it was served... and we're only 2 people. The last 2 days I got breakfast from a buffet close by which had everything I was craving in the morning at a good price.
I highly recommend staying there, as the price was low and the room was spacious and had a lot of windows for great lighting. I would just leave out the breakfast option.

It’s a good value hotel. If you don’t want to stay in a hostel and not pay for an expensive resort it’s a good choice. The best accommodations are the bungalows near the reception and pool. The pool was nice and clean. staff was friendly and helpful. The east side of the beach is not a good side. Muddy and dirty. And if the floating pier isn’t available when you arrive you have to get off the long tail boat and wade through water and mud to get to land. The room was pretty clean. Monkeys were on our balcony! Overall it was a good stay considering I didn’t want to spend a lot of money.

Our stay has been great! The bungalow is pretty awesome, clean, good AC to keep us cool. Breakfast is available every morning. The pool is clean and not too busy. There are monkeys on the property as well, which is fun to watch. Staff has been very helpful when we've needed them as well. The location is pretty good but the main Railay beach and restaurants/bars are on the other side. By that I mean it's a 5-10 minute walk to most things, which is not a big deal at all. Overall, I definitely recommend this resort. If you're looking for a fancier, 5-star place, you'll have to look elsewhere, but if you're good with a laid back, casual atmosphere in a bungalow, you won't be disappointed!

It was a great stay for the price. We loved the pool with a view of the sea and surrounded by beautiful trees and the amazing cliffs of railay! Rooms were totally fine, ours was a bit dark but we didn't really mind as we chose the budget option. got a beach towel included which was helpful, nice views, a few monkeys hopping around the trees nearby and sometimes on your roof ???? staff also very nice, overall a great budget stay! Location also super ????????????

Highlight of this hotel is the pool with the pool bar underneath the waterfall. Rooms were tidy but are only cleaned (including laundry) every third day which means you could be sleeping on used sheets. Hotel signs say this is for environmental conservation. Breakfast was okay and hotel staff were very accommodating. Very poor wifi we actually couldn't log in for most of our time there.

Don't remember the prices but everything was awesome here. The pool was very satysfying and relaxing. Water temperature was good enough to relax in extremely hot days.

Didn't try the food in restaurant of the hotel but tried Thai massage which was like 100m from the hotel.

Food, massages and everything else is really close from this place.

Nice staff and okay buffet breakfast with banana pancakes. Nice location. The bungalow was nice and clean. Liked sitting outside on the porch in the morning with coffee, listening to the bird songs. Two species of monkey arrived in the evening, mostly to observe the pool area.
