I've been to a bunch of hostels and though the room fits just a bed, the A/C is fantastic and the staff amazing! The staff speaks great English and are very friendly/helpful. Everything is clean and neat. They also offer free coffee/tea, and you can book excursions and rent scooters at the same location which is so convenient.

The dorm was awful. There were cockroaches in the downstairs I was scared to go in the bathrooms because they kept surprising me. Very basic facilities. The ac was nice but the people in the dorm kept fighting over it and the conclusion was to have it off. Good price but not worth the stress when there are so many better options for a few dollars more

A nice hostel that has a small kitchen that you can use i.e. fridge, toaster and water kettle. There is no toilet on the second floor so you have to go down which can be especially annoying during the night. There was also only one shower for males and one or females so you often had to wait for it to be empty. In the night we got a bit disturbed by the traffic outside, but I think that's only a problem for the dormitory room. The location is nice, but a 20 min walk from the beach.

First of all, amazing people! I had an accident with my motorbike when I was coming to Anna’s House, when I get there, the run to help me and even, they got me things to clean my wounds!
Also, the rooms are super clean and have AC! So, is a really good price considering that other hostels for the same price, give you a room only with a fan and believe me, you need AC.

The rooms are simple but clean, location is good and staff are extremely friendly and will book everything for you at a good price.
Only complain was the bathroom has an open air window so we had a few mosquitos in the rooms when we arrived.
Great value for money, would recommend!

The pictures on google are not accurate unless they have another location. VERY basic facility. Flying cockroaches in the common area and bathrooms were terrifying. 25 min walk to the beach. Good AC. We ended up leaving early even though we had paid for a few days more. The dorm is the worst one we have ever stayed in and we are finishing up a year long world trip, have stayed in hundreds. Did not receive a refund but saw that they listed and filled our beds after we left. The facilities are adequate, we left because of the people in the dorm with us. Came back and our stuff was always being moved around. A girl started going through my bag while I was sitting in my bed. People coming in at all hours drunk and on drugs being very loud, flickering the lights. We didn’t sleep at all for two days. People turned the ac off, were smoking and spraying cologne in the room, playing music and chatting loudly at 3am. We asked the staff if she could do anything and she said “it’s high season.” Not marketed as a party hostel but definitely felt like one. It was just too much. We said we were leaving and she said “ok.” Not worth the affordable price if you can’t sleep.

Stayed at Annas last year! Amazing people who work there, felt like family! I stayed there for 2 weeks. Best hostel in Ao Nang! I miss them alot! Will definitely book there next time I go to Thailand.
