Comfortable bedroom at a bargain price.
Water dripping on bathroom floor. Three out of ten lights not working. Uninviting swimming pool.
Restaurant is like a nightclub at nightclub prices. Strangely enough their menu is entirely in Thai with no pictures.
Food is actually cheaper from room service. 110 bhat for good 'American Breakfast'.
Location is a bit isolated just outside city limits but there are some nice restaurants and grocery stores at intersection about 400 metres north of hotel.

Decent hotel for the price. We booked this room through Agoda for around $13-14/night. That being said, we were a little nervous that it was going to be a little run-down. Our expectations were surpassed! We were actually pleasantly surprised. While the particular room that we stayed in wasn't amazing, it was really good for the amount paid. It was clean and didn't have any bad smells like some of the other budget accommodations we stayed in during our Southeast Asia tour. However, much like several other hotels, it was needing some minor touch ups here and there, such as painting walls, fixing tile grout, new shower heads, etc. (Makes me wonder if there is something in the culture that contributes to them overlooking the small details). Other than that, it was a three star hotel with potential for an additional 4th star if they addressed the little things. I did give them a 4 star rating since the price was so good and the people were friendly. (If this review was helpful, please hit the "like" button below)

Great for one night stay, old style hotel but well maintained. I walked in and immediately the receptionist show me the room if it was meeting my needs. All info about dinner and swimming pool have been handled professionally and I received a 10% discount at the restaurant (excellent Thai food! Best really I had since long time with great service)

The good thing here is breakfast included but the room was old, unclean, and really need a renovation. AC was old and making a loud noise all night.

Rooms are not very clean. Airco is terrible noisy. Staff at the desk are not the kindest that I have met. Food was good. No bell boy.

Quite old. Not clean. Basic maintenance lacking. But it's kinda ok for the money except for cleanliness
