Very comfortable stay. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. A nice relaxed atmosphere. The food is lovely and very reasonably priced. Lots of local restaurants within 2 minutes walk away and supermarket. No9 bus right outside the hotel which goes to town which is so handy and very cheap. Plenty of parking available.

Cheap room close to Thai market and so many street food for you to try on in the evening. There also close to 2 convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants, Thai massage services, more hotels in the same street, public transport; blue car with number 9 I think, new route will pass the hotel the old one you have to go wait on the main street and only new route would take you to Central Plaza, the biggest shopping mall in the city, Khon Kaen second biggest lake isn't far away plus the most recommended cafe that got the best cake (or so they said) just half kilometre far (I did walk). It's called PunPang. You can take the blue car to the main road and walk from there to TonTan market, they not just sales food there they also sales clothes and souvenir and there's free show everyday! I got to see the award winning Thai boxing show.

The most expensive room in the hotel is 550฿/night and its the most beautiful room compared to hotels nearby with the same price (I'm live around here I had look quite thorough for a room for my boyfriend to stay for half a month). The furnitures are very nice and mostly new. In the room you got king size bed (it's big it's must be king size right?) big TV but channels mostly not in English not the interesting one and USB fuction isn't support any type of video (I can't see HDMI port everywhere as well) , medium size fridge, kettle, air conditioning, fan, water heater, small restroom, back door balcony with cloth line to hang your laundry (dryer isn't popular in Thailand we got free sunshine no matter which season, hot hot sunshine), lighting which I love so much since there's so many you can choose for your convenience , red sofa that doesn't look sturdy enough but modern and new.

Here are their good services; fast WiFi you can choose another floor WiFi if it's slow and it depends on how close the room from its signal. Free buffet breakfast. How many things to choose from is depend on how many guests currently staying. Make sure you hang sign for them to come cleaning the room before go out for lunch. Hide the water bottles they brought you yesterday and you got 2 more free!

Service wasn't good for me though. I booked a month prior with exactly room number and paid them one thousand and called them 2 days before the time I'd check on and they said they'd guests staying in that room and have no idea for how many days they'd like to stay and asked me to stay in another room until then. ???????????? It's small hotel with none professional staff so I forgave them we madr up and my boyfriend stayed for half a month, he loved it there.

Nice budget hotel.clean and well maintained. No frills.serves a modestly sumotuous breakfast and for all other needs there is a market nearby.the skelton staff is quite polite and helpful as are the owners who reside in premises and are always available.rating 7.5.

One of friendliest guesthouses in Khon kaen.
Wonderful hosts, affordable prices, excellent accommodation and marvelous buffet breakfast.
