Khon Kaen 200 Years Public Park

The people make this hotel special but the lack of investment by owners and management are destroying it. The pool is green and unswimmable, gym is closed, wifi abysmal, breakfast very bad, and so on. The location by park/lake is nice and the room and bed are big. Furniture in room was plentiful too but not enough to overcome the serious issues raised above. Avoid staying here If you need wifi, like breakfast and want to use a pool.

Beautifu lake from afar....but as you close into the waters edge there's a lot of trash along the shores. I wished the people would not be so trashy. One of the problems is that the entire trail around the lake has very very few garbage cans. I hope the city can make this easy fix happen. There's a food market every evening if it's not raining....forgot to cook...no worries. Every tasty and cheap....

Was a hot day but what day in Thailand isn't hot. I had a beautiful walk around the lake. It's about 5 kilometers so bring some water Later that night I enjoyed a festival. It was a great day. I will surely come again. Thank you for a great time Khon Kaen. You treated this farang as you would the local Thai people. Thanks again.

Big park with big lake in Khon Kaen city where people like to come to rekax. Surrounding the park are many markets and restaurants. It's hot during the day. Better come early morning or late afternoon. About 5 pm there is big market around the lake. Lots of popular food and snacks. There are tables for you to eat. They're low table and you sit on a mat.

After long maintenance, it got to bre very decent place. Good for walk, good family pars with its large lake

Great place in the best city in Thailand. Great place to take photos/ selfies.
