Overall the hotel is pretty basic. When we first arrived, we were enthousiast about the theme. Very well done. We mainly booked this, because of the good reviews. Unfortunately, we did not recognize that in real life.

The upside though, is that the Terminal Cafe has really good food. also the service, kindness and well willingness to help makes this a nice spot.

Hotel is next to the railway, so you can expect the sounds from trains at night. Hotel is hip and well maintained. Compared to the price, it is quite a good hotel to stay. If you are easily wake up by loud noises, stay away from this hotel :)

The floor tiles seem to be popping up.
The place just is so/so Not my fav stay around Kohn Kaen. oh and they seem to charge for using the towels.........?

For the same price try the "Romantic Hotel" they're ok.

If you're looking 4 smthn a little more decent hotel check out Pullman. It's a little old and pricey but it's prob the best in town.

Train styles hotel

Hotel as a whole - - lobby, rooms, breakfast room are designed like we are on a train. It s look cool and yet comfortable.

Since it is located next to railway. Everytime the train comes, it is quite noicy. But if you close the restroom door, it helps reduce sound.

There is no elevator. As we got rooms on 2nd floor, we need to carry our big laggages ourselves. Only lady staff help carry a bag and take us to the rooms giving keys and amenities. No man staffs help us doing this at all. Moreover a lady at front, who should be in charge of reception, look not to be ready on service. I as first visiting KHONKAEN, like to ask her things for exploring outthere. But she NO SMILE, ALWAYS TALK OVER PHONE, not on service for guests who are standing in front of her counter.

This might be most usimpressive of here.

So far so good . The theme is awesome feels like In actual train terminal station . Recommended for the experience.

Good hotel and also big room and staff also so good. But hotel don't have lift, restaurant, gym and swimming pool.

Great room, nice service staff and perfect breakfast. I’d strongly recommend to stay here to get good experiences.
