Great little temple. They don't let women in the ubosot. Minus one star!

I loved this temple because it has a “no killing” area. The architecture is impressive, some whimsical statues, worth a visit.

The Wat Klang Wiang is one of the most ornate temples in Chiang Rai. Every structure in the temple complex is richly decorated. The temple hall is built in a contemporary Lanna style guarded by nagas.

Nice temple, peaceful surrounding and quiet area, although the area can get quite busy at certain times because of an adjacent school.
