Totally enjoyed the stay here at this quiet and quaint hotel.

Everything was really clean and well maintained. Lady running it was super friendly and hospitable as well.

Would definitely come back to stay again the next time I’m here.

A few tips:

1. If it rains, you’ll really hear the rain hit the roof. If you really dislike sounds, please bring ear plugs. (Occasional birds/insects chirping as well but they’ll stop after awhile.)

2. Do rent a vehicle. Getting to the hotel is around 1-2km from or near the town-ish area. Not really far but would be more convenient if you have a vehicle.

3. No food is served in this hotel, do buy some snacks/instant noodles if you’re the type who gets hungry at night. We ordered grab food and it works. Just have to inform them to drive up to the hotel lobby. (That aside, pls get them to include cutleries. For food that comes in a packet, you will need to be creative about using the cup as a bowl.)

4. It’s normal to see insects and all in Thailand and especially in the more nature-ish area. Always bring repellents!

This was one of the places we stayed at on our road trip (with 6 adults and 3 children) and out of all the places we stayed at including ones more expensive we all agree that this was hands down the best place we stayed at.
The rooms are spacious. We felt everything is where its supposed to be.
The view was amazing especially during sunrise.
The beds were nice and soft with thick blankets. Slept really well here.
The outdoor shower was an amazing experience. It’s a good thing the water pressure and temperature was more than sufficient, since it was quite cold outside.
The owners were extremely friendly and made us feel at home.
If we plan another trip to Chiang Rai we will definitely pick this place to stay.
Didn’t take any pictures of the interior but attached are the amazing views.

Great value for price. Be prepare u can't go anywhere here without driving or grab ( uber). But not ver far from city, Within 10 mins ride to night market /centra plaza/bus terminal the wifi in apartment 9 is limited, u can' t youtube or netflix there, guess it is better in room 7 or 2, cause the wifi name show that . The shower ourside is great and unique.

We had a great 4 night stay here. It's location is quite remote, but the manager leant us her personal bicycles (even bought locks for them) and we rode them into the city and to explore around. Every day the house keeping left us snacks or kind notes. Their English was very limited, but it was never a problem. All the snacks were free and refreshed every day. A great thing they offer motor bike rental, they bring it to the hotel for you and pick it up, very affordable. The water pressure is not great and taking an outdoor shower at night was intimidating. If it had one of these three things I would give it five starts and return every year: a resturant (or delivery options), a pool or a hot tub. Note: There was a fair/circus/EDM music festival going on and it was very loud past midnight every night- but this had nothing to do with the hotel. Might want to check when it is before booking.

Tanya was an amazing host. Beautiful jungle villa that overlooks sleepy mountains in the quaint Chaiang Rai. A must stay, highly recommend this exceptional hospitality.

Amazing breathtaking view with modern but cozy room with kitchen and spacious bathroom and open shower. Impressed.
