We had a great stay at Pan Kled! The staff is very friendly and helpful with things as hiring a motorbike, arranging taxi’s and tours. The food is great, although breakfast is plain (but more than good enough for us). Rooms are nice, but watch out for the big amount of mosquitos. The location was great for us. Not in the city centre so peaceful and quiet, but within a few minutes (with a taxi or motorbike).

Even though the facilities are stunning and it has a wide and deep swimming pool, the rooms or bungalows are quite small, hot and the bathroom was wrecked, the ceiling low and damp. You could hear every noise or voice in the surroundings as the noise isolation of the bungalow was horrific.
The staff however, was really helpful and polite and helped us with everything.

The pool was nice and so were the grounds, they had a lovely little cafe on site too , we had to change rooms because the first one hadn’t been cleaned, which wasn’t a big deal but the bathrooms aren’t great,the food at the restaurant was disappointing and it’s not super convenient. But for the price still very good.

Nice resort with great hospitality..
Love here ... recommend for the one who want to be in quiet area... You need to have car or motorcycle...

You can rent at resort too.

Have a nice cafe in this place

The water in the shower is barely warm.
The food I ordered took more than 30 minutes to serve with barely any other customers in waiting.
The pool CLOSES AT 8PM. What do they think people do at 8pm on holidays? Sleep?
The roof in the bathroom is so small that i hit my head many times.
The whole neighborhood is surrounded by aggressive dogs without leashes.
For this price and being so far away from the city center, you should expect much better.

A cute little resort in the mountains of Chiang Rai. Room was quite small but good value for money. Staff were friendly.

We only stayed for one night in Chiang Rai but this little place is absolutely lovely. A bungalow surrounded with lots of plants, a welcoming atmosphere. I felt the place with rather quiet also. As some others commented the room is a bit small, but it was enough space for two people. The space was very clean, fresh, the bathroom lovely and the hot shower was amazing! The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this and would definitely stay here again.
