Should be rated as 3 stars hotel. The rooms are spacious, however the corridor isn't clean enough , there is no elevator and the breakfast is very poor. In general , except for the great looking from the outside it leaves a feeling of a road motel level experience

Beautiful hotel, lovely room with balcony. A little bit out of the centre but not a problem. Lotus shop on doorstep. Had help taking my bag up to the second floor.
Staff do not proactively engage guests but are friendly enough. Best suited for Couples, Families etc

The hotel has a colonial feel with the architecture and decor. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and the rooms all have outdoor seating areas or balconies. Towels were threadbare, mine ripped the first time I used it. Perhaps the management might consider an upgrade of some of the rooms. The shower curtain had some signs of mould. Breakfast was simple, but sufficient. Coffee wasn’t the best. All in all, not a terrible experience.

Very good quality hotel. Right now in room 2101 and it is huge and lovely. Colonial style, king size bed, giant bathroom with a shower AND a bath tube. Efficient air conditionning system and very kind staff. Definitely worth staying.

Would say the exterior deco and style of the hotel is well kept and appealing like the swimming pool, water fountains and the seatings at the porch of the common areas.

Interior wise would be less appealing.
old bedsheets, pillows less fluffy and etc.

Stayed on 1st Floor (Ground floor), room 1101, as in on the lower floor, insects like centipede has crawl inside to the room.
Lucky that I saw it or else the centipede crawl onto my bed and bite me

Wrong choice for my Christmas. I selected this hotel because of many good reviews. The property was great. Beautiful decorations in colonial style. If this hotel managed by robot i wont have anything to complain. No greeting from Front desk. We arrived early so we left the bags and told them to put in the room. When we got back the front desk called to check again and gave the keys. She said the bell boy drove the car outside so we had to do it ourselves and she mentioned about check in time but that time was almost 4pm!! I hated how she acted like she didn't care, we were just 1 customer. I felt like i asked them for free room. I'm not sure that because I'm thai so theu don't like to take care. I will never return and warn everyone about this so called unfriendly hotel

Came here as part of a group tour, checking in and luggage was smooth. Rooms are quite outdated but perhaps that is the colonial style they're going for. Bathroom comes with a hand held bidet which we're noticing is a common theme in Thailand. Rooms are large and spacious. Bring bug oils or sprays as there are lots of mosquitoes. Balcony door isn't sealed tight when closed.
