Nice house, perfect river bank location.
Feel like at home.
Unfortunatly no hot water at all for the bath but ok for the shower.
No plugs near the bed to charge the phone or computer.
And not really nice to watch the TV from the bed.
Great balcony to relax under the sun.

A beautiful and private place. Common area is so spacious both indoor and outdoor. I stayed in the Terrace room which has large terrace facing to the river, nice view both day and night time. Room is very new and clean as well. The place is very quite, good to relax. Decoration is very unique, not sure what the style is but feel very comfortable. Front yard is very big, very enjoyable.

This is the best place for a big group spending a wonderful time in Chiang Rai ever!!! We love this place, huge backyard..we love it especially kids!!! Quiet and beautiful place next to Kok river. Clean and cozy. We will definitely come back ????

This place give me a feeling like living in a friend house. I enjoyed my privacy but also comfortable bedroom. WiFi is available and the service is just like a family. Entrance might not be as convenient as it should be since it just along the river.

It was such a relaxing time while I was staying at Chiang Rai. The most private and peaceful place. This place is also nearby famouse restaurant along Mae Kok river. We spent time at our room terrace to read a book in a day and enjoyed cooking barbecue at night. The bedroom are very clean and comfy. We would stay here again when we have chance to visit Chiang Rai.

We stayed for 2night here with my family. The house was so tidy and spacious. We loved their breakfast and the host was very helpful.
