Excellent experience!! Service and room were spot on. Complimentary breakfast was out of this world. Super nice and helpful staff just puts a smile on your face. I wish I could stay longer. Lol
I would recommend to everyone for sure. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Thailand next year. Thank you for the hospitality ????????

I stayed two times in this hotel this year. March and May 2022. Very clean and comfortable room. I got pool side rooms.very quiet. Breakfast is average. Fresh Fruits, classical omelette and local meals (noodles, rice, soup). But limited choices. example of Yellow Lipton tea bag only for tea drinkers like me. Didn't tried the coffee. Very well centrally located hotel. Walking distance from main hot spots. A good business hotel for few nights.

Great location. Good breakfast. Rooms are very clean and modern.

Pool was closed during our visit, they should have told us before we arrived, since it is very hot and a pool would have been nice to have. Knowing this, we choose and paid for a hotel with pool, but no pool, hence the 4 star instead of 5.

Highly recommended. The hotel is new. It is located in the town near the Chaingrai’s clock tower (walking distance). There are plenty of restaurant nearby and also 7-11.

The room is clean and spacious. Swimming pool also big , clean. Staff are professional trained. They are friendly, helpful and their service mind is very impressive.

The hotel looks good from the outside, but is let down by the interior and the rooms as well as the policies. The rooms are not very well maintained (chipped surfaces, marks on the walls, a decidedly 2 star look). The breakfast area also features stained furniture.

Breakfast is acceptable, but items don't necessarily get replenished if they run out - even if there's plenty of time before the breakfast closing.

There is a very large swimming pool, but we have not used it.

Second key card requires a 500 baht deposit - this is ridiculous, it should be provided as standard and deposit free. There's a long list of prices in case you break something (and the prices look inflated at that, it seems unlikely the tv in the room is worth about 750 euro for example). It's a decidedly 2-star experience and I think the hotel aims a lot higher than that.

The room is a bit shabby looking given the price. The service is not great: they charge money to have a second keycard and have a list of prices for all items in the room if you break them. The airconditioner made both of us very sick as it blows right into the bed. When we want to renew another night, the reception wanted to charge us much more than what we paid for as if they are punishing returning customers. The overal policy is not taking care of customers but protecting the owner's interests.

I stayed here from 21st to 23rd of May 2022, and i think i was their first Indonesian guest of that month (or even this year). So here's my review:
1. Check in was smooth, receptionist was so friendly.
2. Location is great, in the heart of down town Chiangrai. 1 minute away from the famous Golden Clock Tower.
3. Room was spacious, tidy and clean. Linen was clean and crisp. Bathroom is spacious, and i love the hairdryer. Lol
4. The bell boy speaks a lil bit english.
5. Breakfast was okay, not so many option. The restaurant was well decorated.
Overall it was worth the price. Will definitely come back to stay in this hotel whenever i visit Chiangrai again.
