The best beef noodle soup I have eaten in Thailand after 5 years living there. Rivals the niu rou mian of Taiwan. The seasoning is a bit different yet the quality and care can stand against any top shelf beef noodle soup in Taiwan. In the photo I ordered extra greens not knowing the regular portion comes with a good amount of greens. The restaurant is spotlessly clean and Covid-19 protocols are enforced. They also serve worldclass homemade pistachio ice cream. Rote Yiam deserves my highest recommendation.

way too expensive. waitress is so bad I thought she was forced to work there. oh and the food is super so-so, not worth the hype. if u think this is the best beef noodle, then i think u havent had a good beef noodle.

I’m not a beef lover so I’d say that the taste is okay with a worth paying (80 baht per bowl) and the meat are tender. the staff are really nice and friendly. Furthermore, we also order coconut ice cream which the taste is perfect!

One of the absolute best boiled beef restaurants I have ever visited. This place is famous for serving the highest quality beef available. Less expensive beef is also available but you should try the best at least once. This restaurant is also famous for being a supporter of ex-prime minister Thaksin and shows many images of him and his supporters on the walls. No matter what your political affiliation may be you must try this place is you love beef.

Really delicious beef noodles mixed with a sweet beef broth. If you are a beef noodles foodie, definitely give this a try, there is a unique herbal undertone in the broth that tastes pretty refreshing but i do personally find the soup a little too sweet. However, the brisket is melt in your mouth and the beef balls are Q.

Serve only Beef Soup with noddle or rice. Beef is fresh. Very taste, especially the slow cook beef stew in Thai style.
Beef lover, try it.
There is lot of photo on the wall show previous Thai PM Thaksin and other official try it too and given their approval.

Delicious local food ???? ???? ???? in downtown Chiang Rai. The restaurant is clean
